  1. Past hour
  2. This guy has some interesting videos. What got my attention was the 30mm pointer
  3. Yesterday
  4. Looking forward to seeing what the experts discover. NOT looking forward to what the YouTube aircraft ambulance chasers will speculate on, to get their ratings up.
  5. Fuck the SEALs. Plenty of good ones but an above average amount of shitbags for a Tiered organization. I worked at the Beach; they have a massive ego issue within the command. How anyone could see this account and not be excited to celebrate Chapman is beyond me but they’ve drawn it out for years. Disgusting.
  6. The SEALs involved with this incident are simply disgusting. The gunship was from my squadron the situation is still a sore point. Rob Harrison, now a retired CMSgt, was the DSO on board Grim that night and he fought hard to get Chappy recognized. Greta interview with Rob here.
  7. Funny I was an Aero major but philosophy was one of the most interesting classes to me.
  8. Have heard from two people his aircraft had a structural (Aileron), failure.

  10. "his buddy Putin?" 2016 called.....
  11. President Donald Trump said Saturday that he doubts Russia’s Vladimir Putin wants to end his war in Ukraine, expressing new skepticism that a peace deal can be reached soon. https://apnews.com/article/trump-russia-ukraine-zelenskyy-funeral-francis-vatican-7b3b3e6e194e7099e5463d1f23b5f3cf
  12. All of us are innocent before the law until proven guilty.
  13. Was on a trip and didn't get to post but Thursday April 24th was the 45th anniversary of Operation Eagle Claw, the failed mission to rescue the American hostages in Iran. The mission failure led to a Joint Chiefs of Staff commission to which was established to investigate the planning, organization, and execution of the Iranian hostage rescue mission. This commission, known as the Special Operations Review Group aimed to identify areas for improvement in future special operations. The mission's failure highlighted the need for better coordination, planning, and training, ultimately leading to the creation of the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC). Much of the wreckage from the mission is sitting in the same place in the desert near Tabas Iran. Following the failure the survivors exfiled to Oman, when they landed they were greeted by cases of beer and a simple note from some British Civilians at the field. The note is below and is in AFSOC HQ today.
  14. Huge difference in a kid that is a zero star recruit who moves up from a JUCO. The portal gave him one extra move which he took after pulling back from the NFL. But you believe what you want, you always do.
  15. Idk, classical philosophy really helped me out as a pilot and officer. 😶
  16. https://theplayoffs.news/en/cam-ward-nil-deals-what-nil-deals-has-cam-ward-signed/ https://www.on3.com/db/cam-ward-18163/nil-deals/ sure..."nothing"🙄
  17. Last week
  18. Comprehension problem? This kid's case has nothing to do with NIL.
  19. After last season I decided to hedge my bets for the future by getting an MBA. ChatGPT is also incredible.
  20. 😆 Agreed that NIL is making CFB and most sports too taxiing to continue to follow. I stopped watching NFL the first CFB game I attended and I feel like it's getting harder to justify following your team when they're no longer a "team" and everyone is out for themselves.
  21. Sounds like there are some pretty good ways to mitigate stealth as we have come to know it in the traditional sense.
  22. 🤔
  23. What a great story of perseverance. Go Canes!
  24. I don’t need to trust anything. There isn’t a scenario that exists where I drink myself to a .21 BAC and then go drive and kill someone and cause grievous bodily harm to others. I have said my peace, and concede enough said.
  25. Buddy, trust me when I tell say you can never be sure what you'll be on trial for. I understand and feel the rage, but this is literally core to being American. Anyways, enough said. We lost one of our best, and we are all worse of for it. The donation link for the family is still active.
  26. I don't agree with Trump on everything but it does appear he is trying to honor his core promises: Egg prices are down - granted this was not really a function of Trump, had a lot more to do with Bird Flu but prices have fallen dramatically as egg producing flocks have rebounded. Oil prices have also fallen - there is likely a sweet spot it should remain and we are very close. Border crossings are WAY down (95%) Inflation is easing and there is likely a lag as falling energy prices take a while to work through the system...next report will likely be very good. He definitely failed on his promise to end the Ukraine War in 24 hours. Interesting to see how the tariff issue is working out. The market has snapped back this week, I didn't perfectly time the bottom but did reposition two weeks ago.
