Soviet Valley of Death

Heading north out of Bagram, right up the infamous Soviet Valley of Death. No death for us, however. Allahu Akbar! It was a bit unnerving having to always fly that routing though, but there weren't any other options most of the time...

My Nav always jokingly referred to it as the "Soviet Valley of Kittens" (think happy thoughts).
