U!S!A! U!S!A! U!S!A! U!S!A! PME in-residence was "something to do", but not required People who could brief without Powerpoint (even briefing a 4-star!) A time with less shoeclerks (I know this has ALWAYS been a problem with the military, I just wish people were empowered to DO something about it)
