  2. She really needs a boob job, and bad. Paris Hilton that is, not her dog.

  3. Twenty years ago this story would be about a cop bravely defending himself society by killing some guy who lunged at his weapon. Thank God for dashboard cams, now let's get body-worn cameras on the police at all times.

  4. Yeah, this one is pretty damn bad. The good news is that he'll most likely never be a cop again, and even better news is that the man who got shot is recovering. This all being said, there's still a lesson to be learned: If you're going to comply with a LE's directive (if you don't feel you need to then that's a totally different discussion, depending on the situation), it's a good idea to announce any of your movements...just like flying a crew aircraft, communication is key. So if you need to get into your glove box to pull out your registration, tell them that first. I am by no means giving this cop a pass (I hope he serves a nice sentence), but at the same time just because I'm not being aggressive towards an officer while making sudden movements, doesn't mean I want to get shot. Just my $.02 Here are a couple examples of people not being so innocent when being pulled over. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ililCtp0Bk

  8. Ah, so "buttoning a suit jacket" is now an indisposed hand. Next time I see the wing commander on base, my hands will promptly be zipping my flight suit instead of saluting. All I'm saying is, for a guy who seems pretty big on managing his image (as most politicians are), he sure doesn't seem to care much about stuff like this. And as a guy who's commanding our entire military organization, it would be a very small investment to simply learn how to salute correctly during events like this. Lead by example. Yes, I'm aware that presidents didn't always do this. But for the past 30 years or so, it's been a "norm" and I think a large chunk of our population likes seeing the "Commander in Chief" at the very least acknowledge and respect those he leads with simple gestures like returning a salute.

  9. Here's my take on it: It's a not surprise he's going to get saluted when he walks off his aircraft, so either be ready and do it appropriately or just don't even do it at all. This goes for any President, regardless of whether they have a latte or a silly dog in their hand/arms. It comes down to mutual respect, and yes, even for the President.

  10. You mean the free left hand that was buttoning his suit jacket, that free hand? Funny how biases can make a person defend one action while simultaneously slamming a similar action.

  11. Quick tip man.... find those magic illusion pictures that you stare at and see a hidden 3d object and practice on those if you have to go again, i went from struggling a civilian randot to completing it before they finished explaining the test

  12. This is literally the last thing in the world to get spun up about. I'd rather him support Roe v Wade and ###### up a couple salutes then the other way around. edit: oh yeah, I went there

  13. Or just carry your dog around with you everywhere you go, since that seems to be an accepted practice.
