  1. Sadly I think it depends on the finance troop you happen to get that day when they calculate your time. Palace Front/Chase is an incentive program IMO (not that my opinion matters) so you should get PTDY for that. Never hurts to act like you know what you’re talking about and making them say no.   3. The average has been 18 to 24 months from hired to UPT for the longest I can remember. It sucks, but all you can do is be a good bro, learn about your unit and the mission and try to get an idea of what life will be like for seasoning. Sent from my iPhone using Baseops Network mobile app

  8. Anybody with a retirement plan needs to watch this. 49 minutes well spent. I'll never argue for more retirement contributions that I can't touch until 65 during contract negotiations. I want the bird in the hand... money today directly into my checking account.
