Which sets the stage for impeaching Joe should he be elected. Let's be clear, the radical elements of the DNC fele empowered and will play any game to push the pendulum as far to the left as possible. There are two gaming being played. First, at all costs remove Donald Trump. Second and more importantly, play long ball and transform this country into a socialist utopia. Notice how Quiet AOC +3 have been? If Joe wins watch them begin to leverage against Biden and Promote Harris.3 points

Top moment for Trump was calling out Joe's political answer. Top moment for Biden was talking about being a president for both red and blue states and a united America. Worst part was them accusing each other of corruption for 20 minutes at the start, but it recovered and it's a been much better debate on all sides including moderator.2 points

Clapper/Brennan, et al, are not exactly unbiased observers. It is amusing how so many Trump-related stories have relied on anonymous sources - Steele Dossier/leaked tax returns/supposed disparaging of US war dead, etc, etc, etc - is perfectly valid and doesn't require confirmation even though on the record actors often times have refuted the allegations. Here, a physical laptop was dropped off by Hunter Biden for repair. There is a published work order receipt with Biden's signature on that work order. He failed to pick it up. His attorney, when this started to become a thing, called the shop to demand the laptop. For an unpaid $85, rocket scienctist Hunter opened up this whole can of stupidity. Which had already been subpeonaed by the FBI for a grand jury investigation. Those are on the record facts. Written and attested to by photographic evidence, FBI statements, court filings. The emails on that laptop, on the record verified by at least some of the to/from addressees, reveal a lot about Hunter Biden's means of wealth. Selling his name is an old tradition and not illegal. Where the questions arise are did anyone in the government, to include Joe, do illegal things for that money or the promise of more money? I hope that folks here can be intellectually honest to admit that A) if the name Trump were associated with any of these shenanigans, you'd be calling for more investigative journalism and B) that the same media that relied, literally for years, on anonymous sources that by definition can't verify anything, ran with the stories/issues above incessantly. Even back to the now infamous Dan Rather fakes of W. Bush's Guard letters for which Rather lost his job. Unverified but ran with the story anyway. Now they are not a thing unless the "right" news sources say it's a thing. Aided and abetted by Facebook and Twitter. It is completely an editorial decision to go with a story or not, so if the media accepted as the "only" acceptable media doesn't run it, it is dishonest at the least, but totally their call. For Facebook and Twitter, that is also an editorial decision. Not one of a neutral provider. In 2017, a PRC company deposited $5 million into a Delaware-based LLC listing it as an interest free loan. Which spent the next 12 months depositing that money directly into Hunter's account.2 points

Trying to be a smartass, but stating the truth. FDR was a complete douchebag and a socialist to the hilt. Almost every policy that he advocated for and got passed by Congress was socialist in nature. He was the ultimate big government bureaucrat who didn't do anything but increase the size and reach of government. It took us years to roll back some of those taxes, but sadly, most of his programs are ingrained into our governmental fabric now.2 points

Reading comprehension guys. It's important. I cited you because you wouldn't put up with the ridiculously poor and bogus arguments Trump makes. Not because you defended him ever. It was a hypothetical, fake scenario. Agree to disagree. Opinion warning and it probably is controversial in an environment where everyone seems to think this admin is infallible: Pence strikes me as incredibly self-righteous. I don't understand Christians that hate on LGBTQ, or aren't compassionate towards people that suffer oppression at the hands of others. Christ never "hated" on anyone for being different or even doing stuff he said they shouldn't (except the money changers in the temple), but evangelicals can be some pretty hateful people "in the name of Christ" at times. Don't get it. Not trying to convince anyone or change their minds. The above was my opinion only, and what better place to share it than the internet... I'd love for people to change their minds or even just be open to it, but I'm a realist... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk1 point

Have I ever defended Trump as honest or consistent? I think I've been pretty consistent that he's awful. I look at results, because I haven't had faith in the humans that go to Washington for a long time. The presidential results are shockingly good compared to how shockingly bad the actual presidential human is. If I voted on personality I would go for Biden then be shocked (shocked I tell you) that he was making money from his drug addict soon selling their name to the worst countries on Earth. As for Pence, completely disagree. He's boring, but he's also the only one of the four who has any philosophical basis backing his positions, and he's also the only one who is actually a good person. Best case scenario is Trump wins, then steps down on Jan 2nd.1 point

Almost same. Been w/ USAA for...14 years, maybe 18. Called up a few places State Farm was the best and giving it a shot. I will say I've had 0 issues with USAA, and their comms were always excellent. But I'm saving almost $100 a month with full coverage.1 point

I read that some Russian gazillionaire with a driver son is going to partner with Haas with the son getting one of the seats a la Stroll at Racing Point. At first, regarding Stroll and, potentially, this guy, I was irritated because daddy bought him the seat. But then realized/read that many drivers have big money sponsors behind them that provide money to the team in exchange for their boy getting the drive. It being a parent simply cuts out the middle man. I'd like it to be based on ability only, but that ain't the way the world works, so I sit back and watch the cars and turn off the outrage machine.1 point

Agree. Best thing I did was move my investments far away from USAA. expense ratio fees for most of their accounts are high. Vanguard is money.1 point

I listened to about 30 minutes before falling asleep (it was riveting...) and they both suck. Joe wasn’t incredibly articulate, but I didn’t think it was from being lost or confused. I’m no Dr though. It seemed like frustration. Trump would get eaten alive on this forum as he makes all sorts of outrageous, unproven claims without citing jack all... Guardian and Lord Ratner would be constantly saying “disingenuous!” or “straw man” to him because that’s what he does... No needle movement whatsoever. Two politicians (as much as Trump claims he’s not, it took him about 4 years to turn into what he rails against) doing what they do. Claiming what they are going to do, or what they have done. For whoever said vote for VP, that’s a clear cut choice, I wholeheartedly disagree. Pence seems like a hollow shell of a man. No character, and for someone as religious as he claims to be, I see it as a problem to just sit there, quiet, while one of the most seemingly immoral men we’ve ever had as sitting POTUS does what he does and says what he says. Both VPs are horrendous as well. Maybe I’ll give Kanye the nod...[emoji23] Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk1 point

You don’t need an ALTRV in the US. It’s nice to coordinate with CARF but your tanker can just file and request random AR along the route of flight. Sent from my iPhone using Baseops Network mobile app1 point

https://www.senate.gov/pagelayout/legislative/one_item_and_teasers/nom_cmten.htm You're in the waiting game. I don't see the Air Force Lt Col list even on the list yet. If you are a 1 Nov pin-on and the Senate delays past then, I'm pretty sure you pin-on the date that they approve it. VMPF and myper promotion sections should have the exact details on that ROE though.1 point

As of a few hours ago the NY Post validated at least some of the emails via someone who was also on the receiving end. I have also seen reports on NY Post and Foxnews (waiting for more), that the person who confirmed the emails also confirmed the "Big Guy" is Joe Biden. Numerous other reports note that hunter always referred to his father as the "Big Guy" or "His Chariman." Personally I believe the FBI has been purposely quiet because there is an ongoing investigation. If this is indeed validated and Joe was taking money...a FAR bigger story than Watergate.1 point

FDR’s folly is a book about it. Here’s a WSJ article on it. https://www.wsj.com/articles/SB10001424052702304024604575173632046893848 A google search locates many more opinions on the topic. I don’t know economics only that I had read some on the topic that FDR actually hurt the recovery. One thing pointed out how every depression or recession since has recovered a lot quicker and the new deal happened at the time when the Great Depression should have been recovering. But again. I’m not claiming to know or understand the topic. I just know there are some that argue against it.1 point

There is a lot out there that FDR and the government full of his ideals caused the depression to last longer and wasn’t followed by a big recovery. And you are race bating by equating someone saying that socialism is bad or social policies aren’t good are equated to something that everyone agrees is bad, racism. Dude. That’s really really sick how terrible and racist your comment is negatory. Seriously, sit down and consider your equations and analogies when you revert to equating to racism. That’s really bad.1 point

Like they did Steele Dossier? Or Trump taxes? Or Ukraine lies? Anonymous intelligence leaks? There is a receipt with his signature, pictures of said person, emails that are confirmed by recipient of those emails, statements by people working with Biden, FBI investigation into CP and money laundering, FBI disposition with laptop serial number, FBI/DOJ saying it's not a Russian disinformation campaign. Left - "cannot authenticate"1 point

I think it’s funny how liberals like guns more than republicans. They just disagree who should have them. Liberals think only the government should. Republicans think the private citizens should have them as well Now liberals want to defund the police force and the military. Interesting.1 point

I think it’s a safe bet he will do his best to implement more anti gun regulation. How successful he is will depend on several factors. Team blue will have to take both the Senate and Congress. If they succeed at taking the Senate they are going to need all of team Blue to vote the party line. In some swing states and highly contested areas this might not be a smart play for a future reelection. I would predict at least few members might not vote the party line depending on the bill. Next factor would be the Supreme Court. With a pending confirmation in the next week leaning the court to the right, I would predict the court would strike down any extreme anti 2A legislation. Caveat being, if team blue can pack the court. Biden/Harris ticket has refused/dodged to answer if they will pack the court, but that combined with this confirmation being “shoved down their throats” I would assume it’s a safe bet that’s their plan. There is also the standing law (1930s? I forget the name of the top of my head) that heavily restricted automatic weapons, suppressors and explosives requiring the tax stamp and all the other BS. That combined with the 1994 expired AR ban sets somewhat of a precedent. Ya, that statement is pretty misleading. No law requires shotguns to only hold 3 rounds. The act of bird hunting with a shotgun requires it to be plugged to only hold 3 rounds. (sts) There is no federal law prohibiting the amount of rounds a shotgun can hold for non hunting purposes. (At least that I’m aware of) Last I checked, shooting any person (not trying to cause life threatening harm to you or others) is illegal regardless of how many rounds your firearm has.1 point

Call me weird but I prefer the coyote boots and tshirt over the sand shirt and green boots. I thought we’d look like a bunch of Marines running around, but I think it actually looks good. Plus, Nike makes some stupid comfortable boots.1 point

Well you did reference "pure unbridled economic libertarianism" and the failings of the "free market system in America" so label me confused then.1 point

Pure unbridled economic libertarianism has been demonstrated a failure dozens of times as far back as steel or railroads. If you think the free market always works in America - just because that’s how it “was founded” - I’ve got news for you.1 point

Stop just saying socialism with no context when you just don’t like a policy. It’s pointless. You debase literally the meaning of the word. This is what you sound like: Also, alternative reality to your “truth”: he led America through the Great Depression and WWII, ultimately giving America the ability to rise to be a world superpower. Sorry that the effects of his policies don’t fit your narrative. Do you think Ike and Nixon were also socialists since they presided over similar times?-1 points
