My employer has stated: "...third shots or so-called booster shots are not considered part of the federal mandate, although that could change over time." (emphasis mine). I've heard a lot of arguments about "it's just a couple of shots," etc. Which, at the moment, is all you need to comply. But just as "two weeks to slow the spread" became "masks required until further notice," don't be surprised if the vax requirement continues to expand.

Chances of contracting covid≠ 100%. chances of being vaccinated if you are vaccinated = 100%. Doesn’t seem like you are talking apples to apples. Not trying to do a gotcha or defending the article. It’s kind of like when people say 80% of patients who died in X hospital were vaccinated/unvaccinated without at minimum providing the population vaccination rate which that hospital serves. It doesn’t really mean anything.

This is the correct answer. I was the investigating officer for a CDI for something MUCH less of a big deal than this and it took me about 3 weeks to get the investigating training, do the investigating, transcribe the interviews, write up the report, submit it to legal for review, wait for that review, then finally turn it in. Whoever gets the report is going to want time to review and make a decision. If this case did a CDI, they'd have about 10 times as many witnesses as I interviewed. Assuming the higher-ups wanted to wait for a report, especially if there are conflicting reports of what was said, this timeline seems within normal bounds.

Michael Koscheski, 15th Air Force commander, said in an emailed statement. “We need all airmen to embrace this mindset.” Koscheski relieved Donovan from command four months after he tried to send E-3 Airborne Warning and Control System aircrews on a July training exercise they felt was unsafe. Airmen pushed back, cancelling the sorties, and took to social media to complain about Donovan’s conduct. Multiple safety probes and an investigation into Donovan ensued, while 552nd Air Control Wing leadership maintained it was a matter of miscommunication. The main inquiry, which was launched by Koscheski over the summer and released its findings at the end of October, substantiated claims that Donovan failed to “promote a culture of safety by failing to adhere to operational risk management standards … and local [risk management] procedures,” according to a summary obtained by Air Force Times. I don't think the investigation completed until late last week. In the conclussions the investigation substantiated two instances tied to toxic command climate and undermining a culture of flight safety. Some interesting rumors though that Wg/CC might be next for not acting aggressively enough to fix the mess. (Perhaps that's what you meant)

At least some of the military is fighting for freedom! Even if it is the former pilots. as I’ve said many times. Current military leadership is a joke. All the way down to Gp/CC and even below. time for many to start critically thinking and defending our constitution against all enemies.

Great start! You're young and have plenty of time. Recommend retaking AFOQT and TBAS. I had similar scores on my AFOQT (3 30s) and it worked out in the end. Focus on which mission/location you are interested in and Rush those squadrons. Meeting the guys/gals is very important, if allowed.
