Public health experts are advocating in some states to discriminate the unvaxed from hospitals, grocery stores, malls, etc. public health experts are cheering about digital vaccine passports. these experts are full of it.3 points

I clicked on the “fact check” link you posted above. First paragraph: “But public health experts said it includes misleading claims about variants of the disease and immunity” here’s the problem. Public health “experts” have been wrong. California public health experts told people to stay off the beach. To not walk on outdoor trails. To bulldoze sand and fill in skate parks. To lock up basketball hoops. To close down outdoor dining (reference tin flats CA). Public health “experts” said trust us it’s only two weeks to slow the spread. Just flatten the curve that’s all. The nations leading public health “expert” went on national television and said masks are not required. Lol. so pardon my French but public health “experts” have been full of shit from day one. Not one ounce of humility from any “expert”. Not one ounce of “wow we were wrong”. so the Canadian doctors who are part of that alliance have just as much (if not more) credibility than your so called fact checking experts.3 points

We’ll just have to wait and see on cases. I am certain we’ll hit 1.0M, although many of those cases won’t be tested. Probably see 600-700k confirmed cases a day is my bet, with 40-60% not detected due to either being asymptomatic or mild. In the spirit of keeping up with the science, preliminary data used in studies shows that while Omicron is super contagious, it is significantly less bad from an individual outcome perspective. Maybe this will be a blessing to finally get everyone immunity, whether you want it or not. https://mynorthwest.com/3289906/uw-modelers-project-3-billion-new-covid-19-cases-by-february/ “UW researchers said the omicron hospitalization rate is between 4 and 10% that of delta, and that the fatality rate is 1 to 3% that of delta.” Also, rates like that - up to 10-20 times less likely to be hospitalized or 30-100 times less likely to die - make it almost false reporting to even call this disease COVID. Because it is not very similar to Delta. Legitimately, if these estimates turn out to be true, it will be significantly less bad for an individual than the flu. Only question is, will the hospital system in America be able to deal with 60-140M people getting “the flu” in the next few months?3 points

They’re fucking doctors just as air tight as you sucking the tit of any government spokesman pushing their narrative on mainstream media.2 points

Hell public health “experts” got twitter to ban “misinformation” such as asymptomatic individuals DO NOT spread COVID. If you pushed that out on twitter watch out for the ban hammer. fast forward. Oops! Looks like there’s a case for that POV. From which conspiracy theorist!? oh just the fucking NFL. You know, those WACK JOBS.2 points

I know nothing of the CCCA, but if we're attacking organizations based on who they are vs what they're saying, we are probably masking a weak position. Remember, the WHO is not allowed to acknowledge that Taiwan is an independent nation (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UlCYFh8U2xM). That in and of itself means they have at least some level of inside political discourse - which indicates their positions and policies are beholden to those same politics. I suppose that discredits them in your eyes, right?2 points

Just dancing faces...I hope. Never know with the internet these days though.1 point

Cool. And here are some scientists that believe in creationism: https://isgenesishistory.com/7-scientists-explain-why-they-are-creationists/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIhcjz35v99AIVQwPnCh2VjwAnEAMYASAAEgKSw_D_BwE I could also point you in the direction of some pilots who believe the earth is flat, biologists who believe in Bigfoot, astronomers who believe the moon landing was faked, etc, etc. Do they have equal credibility because of their credentials? Look, I’m not saying there aren’t issues with mainstream science and/or media. But when someone is arguing outside of what is generally accepted by the mainstream, that tends to be a red flag and they better back it up with some extraordinary proof. The chances that you’ve stumbled upon some brilliant doctor on social media who spews truth and is too base for the “lame stream” are pretty slim.1 point

I intentionally excluded those locations because I would not put money on them sticking around for the next 30 years. One of the greatest values of being in domicile means not having to move again and being able to fly any of the equipment the company owns from any seat (ie WB FO or NB CA - all fleets). NY is shrinking thanks to getting steamrolled on scope with Jetblue. Same with Boston and DC. Chicago isn't a very big base; neither is PHX. LAX will probably stick around, but it was a colossal error to let Jetblue move from LGB and codeshare with them. Now they occupy AA gates and are set up to expand. PHL, like LAX, will likely still be there in the future, but again, I would say it's far from a certainty. The point here is that there are more variables involved than the *current* fact that Airline X has a base in City Y.1 point

Fear and ridicule are excellent persuasion tactics though! The Air Force has taught me that.1 point

Ah, dismissal of opposing viewpoints based on derisive and stubborn refusal to apply critical thought to one's own point of the view...that distinctive quality in younger generations that older generations seriously hate. Hey boomers, guess where the generation you raised learned that skill. P.S. Guess who approved all the scooters, hoverboards, and other such stupidity in an attempt to make the military trendy...especially in the USAF? Yeah, boomer and gen-x general officers and chiefs...and not the good ones. Not hating, simply identifying facts.1 point

So your retort basically boils down to “waddabout the WHO?” and doesn’t address the shaky credibility of the organization actually in question? All while making assumptions about my own views on the WHO (which I have made zero comments on). Got it. This is how dumbed down debate has become in our society.1 point

Ah yes, the “Canadian Covid Care Alliance”. With an innocuous name like that, they must surely be a credible organization. Or not: https://factcheck.afp.com/canadian-doctors-make-inaccurate-covid-19-claims-video1 point

No, you always have the right to say nothing. The process of NJP in my experience centers around a carefully scripted process allowing time for a rebuttal as well as considering all evidence relevant to a matter before deciding on whether or not the offenses occurred and then what punishment is appropriate. Case in point I had a troop drive without a license in a deployed environment and damage property. If I would have judged the case without offering due process and decided on a punishment without considering the mitigating circumstances I would be prejudging the case. In this matter it is unclear what truly happened but if the cc was dead set on destroying him in meetings with other commanders that is something to be wary of especially if this was before the process was in its terminal phase. To be clear I am not insinuating any malfeasance on anyone’s part just saying that the comments made do cause me some concern. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk1 point

Dead-set on crushing you? Was this before considering all of the evidence? I suggest you talk to the ADC again based on what others have told you. Commanders are supposed to at least appear to evaluate all facts before taking action. If the CC was making open remarks about specific punishment without the whole facts he is prejudging the case. You cannot prejudge a case. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk1 point

No doubt. The pilot crisis and retention issues also bode really well for passed over navs and other terrible officers who had no shot at O-5 or leadership positions in the old AF. You really aren't reading, seeing, or hearing. Admittedly, I've unknowingly taken vaccines grown or developed with fetal stem cells derived from abortions (discussed in detail in my RA). I sure as hell didn't know it was in them or used in development. I've also grown in my knowledge, understanding, and commitment to my faith, and it won't be happening in my body every again. I still don't understand why that offends you so much or you act like people like me are a threat. I've flown in the same airspace, been in the stack, probably bumped into you somewhere stateside...I literally can't fathom the vitriol and fear you have, it's kind of sad. Approving an RA for me would be the same situation as we were in for the first 1.5 years of the COVID outbreak before we had vaccines. I still haven't caught COVID (verified by T cell and antibody tests), and my honest observation is the military did really well overall (the huge impacts I observed were due to ROM & precautionary quarantine). My opposition is to both fetal stem cell use and RNA/DNA....both or either are a no-go for me. Whether you agree or like it, RNA/DNA/viral vector technology is brand new (logically consistent that this is different) in humans and also brand new as in never been used or injected into my body. Your argument that people can't change, grow, or do better in any type of belief or practice is also false and stupid. I'm not arguing or disputing whether or not it works or if it is healthy (even if it cured death and prevented all sickness I wouldn't be touching it). I'm 100% convinced through prayer and study of scripture that the method for how this technology works is abhorrent and wrong before my God (reference Genesis chapters 6 & 11...topic being humanity thinking it can ignore and do better then their creator). Every one of us will stand before God the creator in judgement and accountability for what we do in this life...your feelings and opinion don't change that. Good luck chasing wealth/health/pleasure in this world and thinking you can live however you want without accountability; I truly hope people like you will wake up to the truth.1 point

The force will be immensely stronger without all the selfish antivaxxers in it. They claim to have “served honorably” but they were just in hiding for their decades of service, and their true colors are being shown now. Boot em all. Self righteous bastards.-1 points

Ahhh, so “public health experts have been wrong” = we should instead put our full faith in whatever “alternative” media that comes across our twitter feeds. You guys make some air tight arguments.-4 points
