At this point I fully support it. It’s just unfortunate that as a society we’ve gone so far off the tracks that ideology/values is a primary factor in where people move to…we’re no longer able to just be friends who have beers and don’t give a shit about the other person’s politics.

It was still a bad analogy. The girl at the party made decisions that ignore the reality of the situation she's in. She did not show up with a bucket of date-rape drugs and casually leave them scattered around the room, thinking it wouldn't ever affect her. There's a big difference between questionable *personal* decision making, and making the world worse for other people, then having that come back to bite you. The girl in the sexy dress never deserves to be raped. The politician who fucked up their city for everyone else absolutely deserves to be mugged.

I don't know if it applies to this situation... but during my AF career, I observed that dealing with our own internal organizations was incredibly painful and bureaucratic... and the results often didn't meet the expected outcome. In so many cases, it was better to go with an outside source.

I'd like to add mob mentality to this. Most people, in the civilian world, are scared. They will follow what they are told to because of jail, social status (made 100 x worse due to social media), fines, its a sin (church goers), national pride, because its cool, because my favorite sports/media personality thinks that way. The majority of humans lack creativity, independent thought, individuality, spines, the ability to articulate thoughts without getting mad and, in layman's terms, the nutsack to tell people how they really feel. This is what is wrong. Quit picking a side and stand up for what you believe in (what YOU believe in, not what someone else told you to). Us common folk have way more in common than what currently occupies the leadership seats throughout America and the rest of the world. Get rid of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and all the other shit that makes us feel good about what we just ate for lunch. Stop following the mainstream media. What they cover is not important but its pure fucking propaganda for whatever side you're on. There are more idiots in the City. Nothing has ever changed there. Our government is corrupt. How do we fix this? That should be what we're talking about. Not about who's right. They (The government leaders) aren't working for us anymore, they work for themselves. The most un-American thing ever that somehow is still legal. Every judge that has approved this happening and every agent that has actively sought this should all be tried for felony theft. There is no excuse for this.
