Some episodes from the "last show" that I enjoyed: - The Abraham accords giving us the first glimpse of real peace in the Middle East in my lifetime - illegal immigration plummeting to levels that now seem like a fucking dream today - The Republican party finally moving away from the gay marriage fight - regulatory rollback - massive energy production - someone finally treating China as an adversary, not the benevolent trading partner - A Supreme Court that does not view the Constitution as a Fixer-Upper - A president willing to call NATO/EU out on their hypocritical bullshit So if that's going to get cranked up to 11, I'm not seeing a huge problem. Now, if you are referring to the social unrest and rioting that surrounded January 6th, I have a hard time understanding how that was any better or worse than the BLM rioting. Hell, I wish BLM rioting was what we were dealing with now. If I have to choose between Americans rioting over their fears over Democratic institutions, or rioting where thousands of Americans are literally supporting terrorists and the Democratic party is bending over backwards to appease them, I think I choose the Trump riots, even cranked up to 11.

I’ve essentially turned into a single issue voter, and that is, “will anyone please do something about the invasion, of our own country that is currently happening??!!” Millions of people pouring into the US - unchecked, unmonitored, unvetted, and unregulated…I know, I know, pretty far out there political view. I must be a racist.

Trump will pick a complete puppet, someone 100% controllable. RNC may propose someone that can guild/control him, but 100% he will not allow that. If he's elected, expect to see him as King Trump. As for VP, his former press sec Sanders, AR Gov, fits. Most of her actions have been to promote herself, not work for the people/state. Everyone sees it. Although she's from AR, she acts more like a carpetbagger. Her media access is on par with Biden. When watchdogs got pesky, she tried to exempt herself from FOIA. I can see the train wreck already.

Sending millions to their death is more of a Russian tactic, although I wouldn't put it past the CCP. However, I still believe China is avoiding the armed conflict, preferring the softer approaches (information, economic, etc.)...

This one is fascinating to me. This is young likely middle glass white kid in the military. He's not Jewish, Muslim, or Palestinian. I'd say the probability he's been to Israel, Palestine, or immersed in the culture of any ME country is slim to none. The chances of him having a close relationship with anyone who has is also slim to none. Palestinians engaged in direct conflict with Israeli, and who should have the most reason to engage in extreme forms of protest aren't doing such things to themselves. His mind was hijacked by an idea that came only from second/third hand information on a screen he held in his hand. That information, which had no direct effect on his day-to-day life, consumed and compelled him to destroy himself to one of the most grotesque ways possible. Now imagine being able to create and distribute that type of information. Wokeness is deadly. It's a parasitc infection. We may cheer when a woke moron offs himself, but it's important to remember that the idea that caused it is propagated onto others. It's how leftism lives on even though its hosts do not. It's an old video, but one I think of quite a bit.

Riddller, You'll be fine becuase you recognize the problem. You are going to go into UPT and know you will have to study just as hard as everyone else. You know that there are no laurels to rest on because you were a nav/EWO/WSO/airline pilot/etc. Don't put any unresonable expectations on yourself (like I did) and do the best you can. I went in there thinking I had to be the #1 pilot because I had all this experience and I was the SRO. I worked hard and didn't take it for granted, but when I hooked my first end of block ride, I was shocked. It kind of threw me. A few more mediocre flying performances soon followed. Then, I said to myself "Hey, who cares if you finish #1 or #last...as long as you give it your very best." It makes it a lot less stressful when you accept what you have no control over and just work to change what you do have control over. Less stress=better sleep. Better sleep=better flying. Better flying=less stress. If you can look in the mirror the day you graduate and be satisfied you gave it your best shot, then that's a good day. And the monkey skills will develop. Some pick it up quicker than others. Our Flight CC would tell us it was his job to teach us the monkey skills and that it would come with time. Our job was to learn the EP's and all the GK. If we went to a checkride and hooked for a maneuver, oh well. God help us if we hooked for our EP or GK.
