With the Recent advent and popularity of super high deductible catastrophic insurance plans .... lots and lots of places are real happy to take tricare. Especially independent docs and specialists. They know they’ll get paid. We haven’t had any issues using tricare standard everywhere

Take a cab the 90 miles to Pensacola. Round trip. Make it more expensive and kill off the good idea fairy.

It’s a tremendous benefit .... and worth a 4 year Adsc if you have kids.

I went the logten route. Lives on the cloud, easy to initially populate via an excel file, easy to update via phone as you fly, spits out all the info needed for all the applications, and prints a real nice paper logbook to take to an interview. As an added bonus, the company was really responsive to inputs and requests for specific formats for logbook printout, etc. it’s Mac based, and i don’t have a Mac ... so they went the extra mile to bridge the gap for me. (I do have an iPhone ....)

There are rules and procedures. They can’t just kick you out tomorrow. You want the assignments afi and the separations afi. Use caution, much of those afi’s were written by lawyers and not for your benefit. -

None. As mentioned, the only direct connection you have is to the throttle. If you have no shit zero hydraulic pressure on both sides, you are simply along for the ride and can only control how fast you get to the crash site. Of note, there is little to no pitching moment with throttle changes from idle to full ab. Systems knowledge will set you free

Unfortunately, with zero hydraulics a T38 is gonna go where it’s gonna go ....

Having your card show up on someone’s slide as unpaid is the best way to get someone to kick finance in the ass to pay your voucher ...

And the flip side of that conversation would be the about the due process required (or lacking) in the execution of a citizen. Based on our national history and professed ideals, I’d bet the roe doesn’t change much.... even had this clown planted it in a daycare
-
Seeing as how “they” have been evaluating risk and roe for the last 17 years or so .... yeah.... i don’t think much is going to change.

We get it...you were scared. I’ll reiterate..you aren’t going to see things getting shot down without demonstrated hostile intent from something greater than an individual.
-
You probably won’t see airliners (etc) getting shot down until there has been demonstrated hostile intent from something larger than an individual.

That must be new in the JTR .....

I appreciate them for what they are: clowns destroying their bodies for my entertainment. Nothing more. Don’t take your social/political/societal cues from professional gladiators nor allow their opinions the same weight as real people ....

(Not this shit again meme) the predictions and prognostications are published to influence people that can’t think critically for themselves. And it’s gonna go full retard before too long. Thats why I only read beer labels and watch cartoons. If it’s of significant importance, it will show up there.

Talk to Sheppard air, but I think you have to take the mil comp test once. After that, just add on with form 8s at the fsdo office. Btw, the milcomp cfi test is orders of magnitude easier than the atp written.

The deployment isn’t really the crux of the issue. The issue is who’s in charge of your future and who gets to make the yes / no decision. And that has been trending towards big blue for a little while now. They Don’t have to make people want to stay if they don’t have a choice. -

The real question is why are you hearing about this here, and not from management?
