  1. They graduated last Friday, but I am sure one of the recent grads will be happy to answer any questions you might have. Posted from the NEW Baseops.net App!
  2. I know one AMC guy that tried to crossflow to the Bone. He was not a T38 guy. He had the support of the 7 OG and Wg CC. It had to go to Air Staff for an exception to policy. It was denied. Don't know of any others, personally. Posted from the NEW Baseops.net App!
  3. Wheelz off, Did you fly -38's? If not I would be less than optimistic. There was this one time, when a guy was pushed hard for just what you are talking about...no -38 time and no approval. Posted from the NEW Baseops.net App!
  4. Voted thread most likely to be locked before the weekend. Posted from the NEW Baseops.net App!
  5. Thanks. That 1 Oct change slipped right past me, but I've been behind all week. Posted from the NEW Baseops.net App!
  6. BLUF: JTR applies to civilian employees...the JFTR applies to uniformed members Posted from the NEW Baseops.net App!
  7. So do you really have a fundamental problem with the bonus or is it just you are pissed about 11Ms not having the same financial incentive to stay in that 11Fs have? Posted from the NEW Baseops.net App!
  8. Solid work Posted from the NEW Baseops.net App!
  9. And what is your proposal to fix it? Posted from the NEW Baseops.net App!
  10. Thanks. What was the charge? Malingering? Posted from the NEW Baseops.net App!
  11. The question was about the funding fee not the interest rate. https://www.benefits.va.gov/homeloans/documents/docs/funding_fee_table.pdf Posted from the NEW Baseops.net App!
  12. SuperWSO, why would you want to decline promotion? There is no ADSC associated with pin on. You can write a letter and involuntary rules no longer apply. FB, how much ADSC do you have left? Posted from the NEW Baseops.net App!
  13. Slightly higher for reserves and Guard in most cases...lowest is a little more than 1.25 for AD and 1.5 for ANG and Reserves. Assumptions are different. Posted from the NEW Baseops.net App!
  14. I have always been given 10 pct credit. Don't know where it is in writing. Posted from the NEW Baseops.net App!
  15. Just FYI and will take some time but the AF is going away from Lotus forms and migrating to Adobe Forms Posted from the NEW Baseops.net App!
  16. Bingo, except you meant to say 3-day opt since talking about a 365. Posted from the NEW Baseops.net App!
  17. I don't know what you mean by "full CMS access" but yes a Sq/CC can see much more about an app that you can. Posted from the NEW Baseops.net App!
  18. Removed to comply with FCG website disclaimer about posting their info on other sites. Since they are not a NATO country, Morocco would probably not accept NATO orders and an ID card. Recommend reading the Morocco section of the FCG at https://www.fcg.pentagon.mil ETA: I know that you must have country and theater clearances whether on leave or official travel. 21. Just had someone else recommend Gordo to me recently. I may PM you for some details. Posted from the NEW Baseops.net App!
  22. Based on personal experience with Germany, if your dependents are not command sponsored then they are tourists and there are rules on length of stay. Max of 90 days at a time within the Schengen area. I can't remember how long they have to leave for but google is your friend. For example, once the military member departs the country for PCS or 365 (without a follow on back to Germany) then your dependents have 90 days to leave. Going to another Schengen country for a few days and coming back does not count ( happened to the spouse of a friend of mine). She was detained by the Germans, given a limited amount of time to get HHGs packed and sent on her way, but only after threats to prosecute. Posted from the NEW Baseops.net App!
  23. It should be called AEFPAST. This is how we deployed at one point in time. I am not sure about this one yet, but generally speaking deploying as a unit instead of onesie, twosie is how I would prefer to go. Posted from the NEW Baseops.net App!
  24. Why? Because it was a MAFFS mission? My info may be dated as well but several AD folks at Cheyenne have been asked to get qualified in MAFFS in the past. However I don't think that was the point of the post. Posted from the NEW Baseops.net App!
  25. Not that I ever had a rough landing, but if I did then I am sure the gusty winds were responsible. Posted from the NEW Baseops.net App!
