  1. Poland has vipers and is under our nuclear umbrella...
  2. When he invaded Georgia he didn't continue into Turkey. I also don't equate election influence, which we do/have done as well, to knowingly attacking a country that will trigger WWIII. A war like that would risk his hold on power and that's what I think he cares most about. I've got no problem assisting Ukraine, but that's not because I think he's going to invade a NATO country if we don't assist.
  3. Do you think Putin equates invading a country that is not a part of NATO as the same as invading a NATO country?
  4. You know, all this fuckery is getting insufferable. However, I can't imagine having to deal with this crap and be a liberal in the military. Between uniform inspections and Trump's EOs it must feel like the apocalypse cometh.

  6. Yeah, I'm curious how many alt accounts/trolling it takes to have some action taken..
  7. I'd like to see the Arab Nations put their money where their mouth is and rebuild. Only, instead of rebuilding a shit hole they put some serious $$$ into infrastructure, schools, hospitals, hell even resorts etc. Possibly make it something akin to the Vatican. Overall, give the next generation a big lift out of severe poverty and stop them from being bred into hate. They could provide scholarships to all the kids to top universities across the world, or just build a world class university in Gaza itself. We could leverage surrounding Arab states (Jordan being the primary) to administer Gaza, and charge them with also rooting out and preventing extremism. They'd act as a relatively friendly buffer between Palestinians and Israelis. A pipe dream for sure, but the Saudis alone have more than enough money to make this happen. Maybe DJT can make something like this happen, but I won't hold my breath.
  8. This is a good start to your biography Biff.
  9. If generals with their level of education and training truly believe the gig line corresponds to tactical/strategic success then we should all start learning mandarin.
  10. Anyone have serious ideas on why we're doing uniform inspections? I have trouble believing the general's actually believe they're is a connection to uniform inspections and defeating china.
  11. It's the classic Jurassic Park illusion of control. You use a shitty website to search job listings that you have the quals/year grp/knee pads for, and rank your top choices. If the CC who posted the listings also swipes right on you then you get a match. AFPC takes this match and does the following:
  12. Copy, so discount the reports stating the previous admin had these agreements already in place. Then, two posts later claim we'll just never know what the previous agreements were. Yeah, lots of heavy lifting.. I'll be skeptical regardless of who's running the show, until there's time to compare truth data. Hopefully Mexico and Canada actually uphold their end.
  13. I've read several articles stating that the terms Mexico and Canada agreed to were already, to some extent, coordinated under the Biden admin. The bias on fox and cnn is so bad I take it all with a huge grain of salt. Time will tell if we get good effects.
  14. Yep, the Bobs would never jump to conclusions based on sanitized information from the peons. If a politician who has no expertise in the matter says it, I'm definitely assuming they're correct.
  15. Manchesters are taken seriously in the fighter community..
  16. Sure as shit I was wrong. The vote requiring Senate approval to pardon treason failed at the Constitution Convention. However, the point is still moot. The retard in question wasnt charged with treason. Plenty of Americans don't agree with the president's power to pardon. Luckily those ppl didn't have a hand in forming the Constitution.
  17. Believe it or not sedition and treason are two separate words. Also, words mean things. If I recall the president can pardon the former but not the latter. So, the point seems moot.
  18. Fucking ppl other than their wife/the help seems to be the only way a general can get fired these days. George Marshall continues to roll in his grave.
  19. Well we all know the chicoms are too proud to steal intellectual property..
  20. This is the spatial-d in vmc lag roll buffoonery I think you're referring to: https://youtu.be/JdkmZrPta48?feature=shared
  21. Most recently there have been several articles claiming that 1 in 10 of their new 1.8nm chips are failing quality control inspection.
  22. One reason is Intel held off on employing EUV lithography while TSMC embraced it. EUVs cost $300-700mil. There are several other reasons as well, that's just one. Source: Chip War and google
  23. Idk if I agree or disagree with the proposed policy yet. With that being said, do you realize how much a chip fab costs? They're upwards of $20 billion and like most building projects in the US take several years to construct. Idk that there is going to be anything fast about this. The high end chips we use for AI, military applications, etc. are made by TSMC. They're made by TSMC because Intel is several years behind TSMC technologically. They bet wrong awhile back and have a lot of catching up to do. I get the point about using taxes to incentivize companies to move production to the US, but it was the CHIPS Act that helped TSMC begin construction on 3 high end fabs in the US. It'll be interesting to see how TSMC reacts.
  24. No, it doesn't. Welcome to military aviation, you're new and your opinion doesn't matter. You're probably a previous troll who got butthurt and left the forum and now dropped a new username to continue being a choad.
  25. You're the reason we have moderators you 30min on the forum choad. Sorry, did I get your name wrong, vertigo, pawnman, negatory etc. The adults are having a discussion.
