    FYSA, the AMC Form 97 is not a privileged witness statement. However, a judge giving access to the privileged SIB info is fucked up.

    A recent OG/CC call on the East coast supposedly included this gem: "If you screw up expect UCMJ actions (LOwhatever, Art 15, CM) in addition to the Q-3." Not an exact quote...but the tone was clear. Edit: clarity.

    That's a lot of dwell time waivers...Although last year they were running the OEF/OUP scam of deploy to OUP, deploy to OEF during your dwell for OUP, then go back to OUP. I'd like to see the proof though, I find 300/yr two years in a row hard to believe.
