  1. I'd like to add mob mentality to this. Most people, in the civilian world, are scared. They will follow what they are told to because of jail, social status (made 100 x worse due to social media), fines, its a sin (church goers), national pride, because its cool, because my favorite sports/media personality thinks that way. The majority of humans lack creativity, independent thought, individuality, spines, the ability to articulate thoughts without getting mad and, in layman's terms, the nutsack to tell people how they really feel. This is what is wrong. Quit picking a side and stand up for what you believe in (what YOU believe in, not what someone else told you to). Us common folk have way more in common than what currently occupies the leadership seats throughout America and the rest of the world. Get rid of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and all the other shit that makes us feel good about what we just ate for lunch. Stop following the mainstream media. What they cover is not important but its pure fucking propaganda for whatever side you're on. There are more idiots in the City. Nothing has ever changed there. Our government is corrupt. How do we fix this? That should be what we're talking about. Not about who's right. They (The government leaders) aren't working for us anymore, they work for themselves. Edit: "Culture" is being used by our leaders to divide us. Who cares what someone, who you personally dont know, did 200 years ago? That doesn't define you. Who fucking cares? I really dont hate the English, I should, because that's how we're supposed to be. We're supposed to be mad about things people did hundreds of years ago. Lol. I dont hate Yankees, I should, because my family faught for the C.S.A. My great, great, Granpa (Mom's side, Dad's side was in Ireland starving to death) was in the 27th Regiment, Alabama Infantry. He killed a few Yankees. Does that define me? No. Edit 2: Our "unique" cultures will become more and more alike as time progresses. Because of the internet. In Amercia, there is a culture of wanting something for nothing and blaming others for your laziness. Thats what's cool. It's someone else's fault I'm a disgusting fat body with 10 kids, no job, looking for the father of my children. That's definitely the English's fault lol.
  2. Karma is a bitch named "Give me your car". Lol They are so out of touch its funny. Edit: Its only a big deal when shit gets real for them (the elite braindead leaders). My aunt (Army national guard soldier) was murdered while at a stop light on Dec 16, 1991 at approximately 2300 hours by three armed black men. I found out on my birthday, Dec 17, the following morning when I heard my mom screaming at around 3 am. My mom had to identify my aunt (my mom's baby sister), they used a high power rifle from three feet away. She had to identify my aunt by her hands. Every few years I read the transcript from court, so I can write the parole board to keep them locked up. The guys killed her for fun. Thats it. They pulled up next to her and shot her and drove off. The guy who pulled the trigger, was on Oprah a few years ago. She did an interview with him from prison. She was praising him for being a good prisoner but she (Oprah) never once mentioned my aunt.. or what that bastard did to her. The rich are out of fucking touch with the rest of us. Edit: This is a link. That's my Aunt Lucy in the article holding a picture of my Aunt Julia. https://www.montgomeryadvertiser.com/story/news/crime/2015/02/11/parole-denied-three-drive-shootings/23235961/ I left Alabama a few years after my Aunt's murder. Edit: Oh yeah, not one word about racism either. They targeted my aunt because she was white. Not one mention about this anywhere...ever. The President didn't give a speech, the rich Hollywood types and NBA and professional sports fags didn't say anything. She was in a parked car at a red light. She had just dropped off Christmas presents for my cousins and myself at my grandmother's house. Oh yeah, my grandfather (who flew in WWII, Korea and Vietnam) got to live through this event. He died a year later. Once again, fuck the rich and powerful and the gay horses they rode in on. If one if those pieces of shit ever gets out, they're gonna have a lot of nice guys waiting to give them a ride home. I'd definitely make one more trek back to the Heart of Dixie to visit them. I'll go to jail to make sure they never see freedom. Get some.
  3. This dude makes songs that are usually hilarious to me (he mixes Slayer with the B52s (love shack not BUFFs lol) and shit like that). This one is good lol. Parentheses lol
  4. The Duke City. What a clusterfuck of a town. It kinda reminds me of Barter Town in Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome. Lol. Dont get shanked by a transgender Native on central. Lol
  5. Winner. This is an acceptable answer. This dude flew helos. Answer: It’s mission specific. Roberta would probably say something about Apaches and Cobras lol and I’d laugh. Most US Military helicopters have been designed for the right seater to be the AC. Various missions/training sorties result in various seat positions. When I flew single pilot FCF flights in the Huey, I was required to fly in the right seat. All the important shit is on the Right seat collective and cyclic while the whole aircraft is designed around the right seater being in charge. The Huey didn’t have autopilot, so on an operational mission in the mountains I’d sit in the right seat as well. I didn’t want to fuck around in a hover trying to let the new guy get some experience with a dude dangling out of the aircraft. Doing escort missions, no hoist, I’d switch seats (not if the co was too new). Definitely on a training sortie I’d let the co sit in the right seat but in real life, if dude was too new and the flying environment was questionable, he’d be on the left. Sometimes we flew missions with a FE in the left seat. No copilot. Paves will differ as with USA, USN and USMC helos but for the most part, they follow something similar to this or what @Bigred described. Edit: If I was giving an evaluation to someone as badass as Roberta, I wouldn’t just ask her yes or no answers. I wanna know how she thinks (I learned shit doing this as an Evaluator while giving checkrides, sometimes the knowledge I gained was useful). This would never be a question I’d ask a real helicopter pilot/sma, but I’d definitely throw a softball like this to person who never stepped foot in a US helo but claimed they did time in one. Remember, Roberta flew Hueys, Pavelows and Pavehawks. She would know the answer. Lol Oh and she's a Viper driver as well. Lol
  6. The midget was English! That jealous little bastard... Lol
  7. Can you make it to retirement or perhaps stay afloat long enough to jump to an ANG unit? If so, in reality you are in a good position to just be a flier. Nothing wrong with that, the squadrons always need a few flying silverbacks. For flying mentorship. The young dudes dont learn how to "fly" from their CCs and DOs, its those crusty Majors and Lt Cols (and a few 2nd assignment dudes) that keep the young dudes in check or pass good flying knowledge down. There is a difference between the flying airforce and the promotion airforce lol.
  8. I think its funny. Being a Californian, I think Texas should keep bussing them here and everywhere else in the US. Its funny watching the "leaders" lose their mind trying to explain why we can't handle more "illegals" all the while acting like we don't have a problem. Its not the "they're taking our jobs" aspect, there isnt much hope there either. I see quite a few "undocumented people" living in Coyote Creek by my house. They aren't coming here and getting easy jobs as much as they used to (economic problems, here in the US, no, it can't be). It's more of escaping an even shittier life than living in a ditch by Biff's house. I don't care about the illegal immigrant problem, I care more about the hypocrisy coming out of the liberal mouths that claim we can help, when we actually can't anymore. If we (CA) can't handle a bus of Spaniards shipped from Texas, admit that there is a problem. Fucking idiots rule the US. I wish I was exaggerating.
  9. Good thing you're not Roberta lol.
  10. I didn't get promoted because Im Irish Catholic from Donegal. I blame the English.. Everything is their fault. Genocide is a bitch lol.
  11. I have experience not being promoted. I retired in 2018 as a twice passed over O-3E. I made O-4 after I retired (board was not on time and convened too late to matter lol) got the certificate and everything. Nobody but your peers care about how good of stick you are (sts). It's unfortunate, but that's the way it was when I was in. I wrote awards for my airmen, I helped write OTS packages for a few (one even became an 11H) but refused to write any for myself. I loved flying and my brothers and sisters (there were some bad ass female 11Hs) I flew with. I had some awesome Sq/CCs and DOs as an 11H as well. But if you’re not in the plan, it doesn't matter. I had a clean record (No trouble), I just chose to stay at the squadron level instead of taking the jobs that get you promoted. Prior to my promotion boards, I was a flt CC in a big squadron, I was the CCV/Chief for a few years in another one while balancing the budget for that sqd as well. I didn't care if it looked bad on my record, it was what I needed to do to help my CC at the time, he was my brother. If your peers were in charge of promoting people, the good sticks would have an edge but that's not how it worked when I was in. The board doesn't care if you can fly the shit our of your MWS, they are looking for the "clues" from leadership that you're part of the plan. Edit 2: Nothing against my 11H CCs and DOs all solid (for the most part lol). They told me it was a bad idea to just fly. I just liked it too much.. lol and beer and ladies lol.
  12. @O Face Thanks kindly sir, you are a gentleman. Hat's tipped and monocle wink. On another note. Take a look at Clooney's face in this scene. She just crop dusted him and he loved it. 😆 @HossHarris , @brabus. I'm still pissed about this. It was total BS, it covered more of my face than those granny panties i typically wore. My attorneys are fighting Mr. Bastian about this one. It's still not over. Until then, I'll bum rides with NK, they let me wear/do pretty much anything i want.
  13. Not if you earned it brother! Lol Edit: Roberta shouldn't even be wearing a bmt ribbon lol.
  14. That is correct. Mask AFI Change 1 Chng 1. Biff will also partake in hot chick bikini bottom masks, especially Salma's!
  15. Juat ask Roberta what squadron she was in at UPT? I bet she just mouth breathes as an answer...or "I can't remember" who was your flt commander at UPT? Where did you deploy? Who is Robin Olds? Lol Where does the aircraft commander sit in any us military helicopter? What is the range called in Utah next to Salt Lake, what wing is at Hill? Where in the aircraft is the Viper's flight control stick located? Are you sure about that?
  16. The only way I'm wearing a mask again is if it's a leather one and I happen to be with 6 LBFMs somewhere in Asia. Or outside at the bus stop lol
  17. Fuck yeah!
  18. What happened to the Salma tit talk?
  19. We live in the land of make believe. Its cool to be a liar. You can be anything if you really put your mind to it, you dont even have to pack your bags and tell your kids sorry about missing another birthday. No need to worry about making it home with inclement wx and low fuel. No upt, no delpoying, no danger. Just pretend. Its cool. We can all be Viper-Huey-Pavelow-Pavehawk colonels. Just beleive in yourself. Lol.
  20. This. It was way "cooler" not wearing long sleaves for Compass (shed a tear for her) in the summer. Plus, if you end up doing time later on in life, tattoos matter. Lol
  21. If you're worried, tell your recruiter. I haven't talked to my recruiter since 1998 lol.
  22. Replace everything Covid related with the word gay. It will make your day a little better. Lol Edit: and if you're gay, it will make your day a little gayer lol Edit 2: "Did you get gay last winter? A bunch people I know from the office got gay. I sure hope I don't catch gay again, it hurt last time". Dude at office "I hear the gay shot makes you sick and it doesn't even stop you from getting gay." Rachel Maddow MSNBC "I support your right to wear a mask if you're scared of getting that nasty new gay variant." A.P. Hill CSA Lol
  23. I spent time in Enid lol
  24. Covid's gay! That is all.
