I'd be ok with reparations if they only taxed the people who are ok with paying for it themselves. They can even ask, Politicians, Hollywood and professional athletes to contribute. I have zero guilt paying nothing out of my pocket for this. Life sucks for some people more than others.

If they give out reparations, where will all of those billions of dollars come from? My guess is from nowhere. Imagine the inflation that might occur if you give out billions of dollars to citizens for nothing. Slavery sucks. But so does depleting your country's budget for something that nobody alive experienced. Just like I didn't experience the Irish potato famine in the 1800s. It sucked for my family to leave their homeland because they were starving. Once again, do I get any reparations from England? What about the vikings who invaded Ireland and had their way with those beautiful Irish women. Can I sue them? It was about 1000 years ago but I'm still mad. This happens every single time it rains here. Needles and trash. Yet our (CA) leadership cries about protecting the environment. The last time I checked, the ocean is part of the environment. Our cities (Los Angeles, Long Beach, and etc...) are decaying. It's a piece of shit now. I wouldn’t advise tourists to come and visit. It's a scam. You'll feel like you paid a fuck ton of money only to visit a crappy carnival that smells like shit. Disneyland is an overpriced liberal indoctrination camp. Our roads are worse than an Iraqi runway on March 21, 2003. Yet, Newsom is the next good thing? He's helped ruin my state. My favorite part is the SF reparations committee who have came up with a plan to pay people more than our entire state budget. All the while, SF is a shell of what it used to be. Tell me this makes sense. Go woke, go broke I guess? Let's keep voting blindly along party lines without doing any research about what we're voting for. That seems like it's working. Let's not focus on reality and give everyone a choice to literally become whatever they want. Let's change the way we identify men and women. I'm trying not to be the grumpy weird veteran who only talks to his neighbors to tell them to "Get off my lawn", but here I am. I know what your saying brother. I get it.....3,2....1...but I'm having a hard time watching our country turn into a National Enquire magazine from 50 years ago. I really don't have a problem with trans people. I have a problem with mental illnesses not being properly diagnosed and children growing up like Jazz Jennings, whose parents are delusional. I'm upset that there's no debating this issue other than saying I'm a facist for not understanding the trans movement (pronouns also). What if they put as much energy towards helping the homeless as they do with trans issues? To be honest. I have lost faith in our government. I hope they keep it together so I can continue to get my monthly retirement check. There has to be a huge change in leadership to turn this Carnival Crusie around. Wait until they come after your retirement and disability checks to pay for reparations.

I liked turning on the tube and seeing Jill Biden asking for congress to ban assault rifles. Not one word about mental health or trans pride (lol). Just more give the government your guns talk. They've been doing the same thing since before Columbine. They've (congress) had several decades to make changes and yet here we are again. They don't care about dead children. They just want your guns. I'm not a huge gun nut but everytime I hear people talk about taking away guns, it makes me want to buy a few more. I did hear a non FOX news source mention that the shooter was trans. They mentioned it at the end like a disclaimer you'd hear on the radio.

Two peice suits, although not good at picking up chicks, were good for flying in the heat with body armor and a gun. They also were good for keeping me warm when it was -20 and I still had to fly.
