Holy shit, I almost forgot about this thread. This was a recent acquisition while under quarantine (which I broke to get it!)... And before anyone gets excited, that M1 Carbine is a non-firing replica from Modelgun Company (MGC) and allegedly used in the TV series Walker: Texas Ranger although the guy I got them (I have a second one) from had no provenance to support that claim.

OK, Reaper Patches had some nice COVID-19 patches, but five weeks after I put in order in for a couple of them I haven't heard a thing. Their website says they are having delays due to coronavirus, but this is ridiculous. If they weren't able to fulfill orders in a decent timeframe, then they shouldn't have taken them. I just sent them an email to cancel mine, and if they don't reply by the end of the weekend, I will begin a PayPal dispute for failure to deliver goods. Anyone else have problems with them?

Fucking Rambo! How fucking embarrassing for the SMSgt Klexton Q. Jett, MSgt Derek L. Krahn and Officer John F. Breed! I am sure they appreciate their names being included in the article! 😂😂😂 And if/when they ever capture him, instead of throwing him in jail, they need to put him in charge of training at the 7th Security Forces Squadron! Apparently there's a lot he can teach the cops at Dyess! On a separate note, just another reason not to live on base!

Was at the Lackland commissary yesterday afternoon doing the family shopping. Was amazed at how many old folks were there without masks and/or gloves. Same for the younger generation (18-24). I would guesstimate less than half were complying with the face covering requirement. Yeah, I felt a bit like an idiot wearing a Condor multi-wrap on my face and disposable gloves; but I don't need this shit. I don't buy into the panic, but it's idiotic not to take at least basic precautions.
