    Exactly why I have no use for any of those ungrateful bastards in that part of the world. If it weren't for us they would ALL be Iraqis now. I remember how every Fvck in Kuwait was waving the American flag for about two weeks in April 1991. In the few short months after that they were cutting off the water to the bases because we were "using too much water". I hope I live long enough to see their oil (aka the "porkchop around their neck") dry up.

    Sam Adams "Little White Rye" is pretty good. It is brewed with orange peel and coriander. I normally don't care for flavors and spices added to my beer but this one is good.

    Sounds simple enough. It may have something to do with a vehicle that heavy sitting stationary and turning the wheel (the force of the tire on the floor of the aircraft) but I don't know either, just talking out my ass. Seems like some kind of chock like device that could lock into the rings (or whatever is in the floor) or the side rails of the cargo compartment would be simple and adequate enough. But I'm no load. Again, just talking out my ass.

    Depends if you are Guard or Reserve. What gearpig said is true for the Guard. The Reserve is much stricter on what you can make up. Been under both commands and the Guard is much easier on this issue.

    I have a friend who lives on the NE side of OKC and he has one of those shelters in his garage. They are pretty slick. I think they are around $5k but I believe there are some FEMA rebates that bring it down to around ~$3k or so. At one time I was looking to move there and was going to get one.     Damn. And I thought my instructor was crazy when he made me take off with the foggles. A few flights later he was able to demo what it is like to lose an exhaust valve during unusual attitude recovery and have to land in a cow pasture. I did take off the foggles for that one though.
