Having a 16 year old call my wife a "MOTHER F$$$ING BITCH" because she told him to pull up his pants or take off his hat is not funny. It is not a subject I lighten up on at all.

My spouse is a HS assistant principal with over 3200 students in her school and says the kids this year while they are behaving well in class, they are like feral cats when they are out in groups (lunch, after school sports, etc.) It is the worst she has seen in 26 years working in education. In the first two months of this year, she has been called the C and B words multiple times. And their parents are no better. If I had ever spoken to a teacher/adult the way kids talk to her, my dad would have hit me in the head with a shovel, buried me in the back yard and told everyone I had run away. You could not pay me enough to deal with the things she has to put up with day to day. I'll be glad when she retires.

I love the conspiracy nuts who are saying it was not Trump supporters, but Soros funded ANTIFA and BLM activists who were bussed in and had actually planned to storm the Capitol Building months ago. I have friends on facebook currently arguing this as FACT! To include the above pictured Q nut job is actually part of ANTIFA.

I went to ACC years ago when I asked if I could fly with my custom gloss black helmet in the F-16 (from F-117 days) and was told no (by the E-9 who was responsible for the reg) because it could present an IR signature to the enemy......I am not making this up.

This might help - assuming you already have a PPL. Use this link and you can get some info to add an instrument rating to your certificate. I believe you will need a class 3 physical on your own dime - I always had to go a civilian flight doctor. I had heard of, but never saw, a USAF flight surgeon who could sign off a class 3 and the FAA at the time would not take the annual physical as a qualifier. See previous replies so maybe its different now. Your USAF landings count for the 90 day currency as do your USAF instrument requirements for instrument currencies. And find an FBO with decent planes with on line scheduling. The FBO might require a checkout and a biannual rather than accepting USAF FM-8 checks. https://www.transportation.gov/careers/veterans/pilots And bring money. Lots of it. Even more if you buy a plane. YMMV.
