  1. Why would we land at an uncontrolled field?
  2. Investigation, not SIB. It's a Class E. Shack.
  3. No. As long as it's civil, this is a completely appropriate forum for discussion.

I was impressed that they had this in the local theaters, and I saw it a couple months back. Huge thumbs up. Go in expecting zero plot, acting skills, or character development -- but demand a metric shit-ton of ass-kicking, and you will be pleased.

Holy fucking terrible shitballs cock ass fuck. I don't have enough swear words to describe what a terrible fucking abortion of a miserable fuckstain this movie will be, https://youtu.be/PifvRiHVSCY It was shit when Sly did it a decade ago, and now it looks even worse.
  6. The E-9s aren't there when metal is flying. What until shit dies down, then they'll show up.
  7. Kayla, Cap-10 was pretty much on, but I'll add my 0.02, having been there (albeit a decade ago). Bottom line, he needs to talk to somebody smart at the FSS/MPF and/or Airman and Family Readiness Center to make sure non-command sponsorship isn't an issue - and whatever he is told, get it in writing. 1) Yes. If his son is on his orders, his entitlements are paid out as such. 2) This might be the iffy area. Unlike Korea - where it is fairly standard to have non-command sponsored dependents - they aren't accustomed to dealing with non-command sponsored dependents. You would normally inprocess the family and provide their medical records, so I think (as Rainman said) he would probably run into some issues here. 3) Yes. There is nothing required to enter base facilities other than an ID card. That being said, she might potentially face problems in the MPF/FSS if she ever tried to renew her ID card. 4) Entire house, though you are given extra weight based on dependents.
  8. No shit
  9. Bob Pardo initially faced disciplinary action when he made it back to base after this incident. It took twenty years for folks to pull their craniums out of their asses and officially recognize him.
  10. Of course, because officers never commit fraud.
  11. I guess the Army totally gets it, too.
  12. Fucking A yeah.
  13. Here's the full piece: https://www.cbsnews.com/video/watch/?id=7407680n&tag=contentBody%3BstoryMediaBox I think big Blue shot itself in the foot on this one. It doesn't sound like those guys would have made too big of a deal if they had just been allowed to ground themselves.
  14. Tune in Sunday night Military whistleblowers express fears over safety and health I'll go out on a limb and say they filmed it at the end of March. I wonder how those two will fare in the next RIF round.
  15. Bitch slap yourself for putting her in the same category as the first two. Adam
  16. A nervous flier is not the same thing as anxiety. That being said, if you go in asking to be diagnosed in order to get medication, they're probably going to have to document it. Whether that's leads to anything is something you'd have to ask a doc, but why bother? My two cents - hit the bar after you check in for a couple rum and cokes, it should do the trick. If you're not the drinking type, pop a couple Tylenol PM when they start boarding. Just make sure you're outside of the self-medicating window for your return flight.
  17. US F-15 crashes in Mideast, crew ejects safely Not many details, but good to hear the crew got out safe.
  18. Memorial Rock Painted Over in Livingston County Excerpt Supposedly the school has "launched an investigation" into these asshats, but feel free to drop a line to the school president on how you feel it should be handled: presidentsoffice@alfredstate.edu Phone: (607) 587-4010
  19. Seriously? Reading comprehension much? We're both saying the same thing. "All the space dudes" = your Airmen (sorry, missed the capital A first time) My point is that you may be saving Big Blue money, but you're not making that expense disappear, you're simply transferring it to your people. That's an outcome of this decision, but it shouldn't be a bragging point.
  20. Some questionable stats from his Incredible Experiences
  21. Really? Guess who's absorbing those savings -- all your airmen. Not saying it's right or wrong, but what a retarded fucking selling point of this argument.
