  1. They do have it.
  2. The Air Force just updated the leave AFI as of May 2016. There is no more house hunting unless you're coming from OCONUS to CONUS, or a TDY enroute.
  3. One way to meet the POTUS...
  4. Unless lodging has a decreased rate due to the contract (instead of the daily allowable rate), then you can stay wherever you want. Have him show you the contract since it's "contracted." I'd also clue him on the JTR.
  5. Then how to FTU/RTU squadron's function without any Lt's?
  6. Exercise planning in AETC? Jump on that.
  7. This, I've heard the retention of Sensor Operators is just as bad as the Pilots.
  8. Friend of mine went to Global Chicken for the past four years, was paroled and is currently in -135 requal back to the MAF. Nothing is unheard of.
  9. She's the canned bird. Everybody's taking a piece.
  10. Parts plus four days.

  15. From Chief Nugent, TACP Schoolhouse Commandant Here's a memorial fund established by the TACP Association for Lt Col Schroeder's family. https://fundly.com/lt-col-bill-schroeder-memorial-fund
  16. I know a guy, in today's Air Force, who just made Senior and received a Art 15 as a TSgt. If some SrA is afraid of getting a career ending EPR, and has a family to feed, stop getting in trouble. Technique only.
  17. How would they not be able to effectively teach in the -10? I know two -135 WO's, who taught in the -135 FTU, who have done fine in the -10.
  18. They also deploy to Guam, not the desert (exception to policy is now) and do six month rotations there like your community.

    USAA

Penfed has great rates as well, however you have to do ALL the leg work when doing an auto loan whereas USAA makes it super simple with digitally signed forms, etc.
  20. AFI 36-2107 Table 1.1 Note 1b - b. All manned or unmanned pilots, navigators, and air battle managers who began aviation service after 30 September 1997 will not incur any additional Advanced Flying Training (AFT)/Instructor Qualification ADSCs which extend beyond 6 or 10 years as applicable, of continuous or cumulative rated service. Rated service begins at the completion of training and awarding of wings for the rated specialty. They will still incur Permanent Change of Station (PCS), Professional Military Education (PME), and other non-AFT related ADSCs.
  21. AETC doesn't have a local area, that's why they make you fill out a 29B.
  22. Six hours here.
  23. That's no different than current Enlisted Aircrew.
