Count me the fuck in:

The media is tracking this, they could make a whole lot of hay out of it if they want to. Thankfully they didn’t see the negative Obama patches I’ve seen floating around. The libs starting kicking out ROTC programs from universities in the 90’s due to don’t ask don’t tell, of course the more liberal colleges obliged (I got caught in the middle of it, college I wanted to go to kicked ROTC out). All that was left was ROTC detachments a conservative schools, 25 years later you get a lot of more conservative officers running your Air Force. I’m not complaining, im in that group, but the “chickens” have definitely come home to roost.

Mating of the whales gone horribly wrong. Looks like a good one.

So I know this guy, I told him this was normal for the most part and easily explainable. It’s good it’s on his radar, I’m sure there’s a fairly high percentage of dudes that have been through this. It could come up in a security clearance interview. There was a topic on meds, but this kid was never on meds. What do the masses think? I used the f’ing search function, mostly. ———————————————— When I was very young one of my parents passed away in an accident. My other parent wanted me to see a counselor/psychiatrist about it. I ended up having a pretty good relationship with the psychiatrist and met with him regularly from a young age through most of highschool. I wasn't being "treated" for anything (at least as far as I knew) nor was I ever on any meds, we mostly talked about politics and school - but I just found out that he may have diagnosed me with some sort of very minor anxiety condition so that it could be paid through insurance. I'm meeting with him soon to get some more detailed info on my medical history. DoDI 6130.03 says the following is disqualifying: q. History of anxiety disorders if: (1) Outpatient care including counseling was required for longer than 12 cumulative months. (2) Symptomatic or treatment within the last 36 months. (3) The applicant required any inpatient treatment in a hospital or residential facility. (4) Any recurrence. (5) Any suicidality (in accordance with Paragraph 5.28.m.). I may need a waiver. Is this even waiverable? Am I screwed?

Maybe, I’m one of the weird cases that went to Springfield and only went to Luke TDY at the most 2 weeks. Not a lot of Luke experience other than dropping off our old jets for them to use.

It’s early, I don’t get it. The private Viper pilots Facebook page has some good info

Timeline to starting ART job
matmacwc replied to I don't exist's topic in Air National Guard / Air Force Reserves
I had a few issues, state took away the job after I was hired, had to wait 4 months or so. A year is over the top, have them put you on days until it comes through? Also, if any other ARTs leave or retire, you can slide into (sts) their positions. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk -
I think the ANG/AFRC route would be more difficult. Your application wouldn’t exactly float to the top of the pile due to age/health issues. Just how it works.

There’s a spot open at PSA for those interested. https://www.wdrb.com/news/pilot-for-american-airlines-arrested-at-louisville-airport-for-triple/article_a0e33820-73c4-11e9-9dd5-5fd5311b436d.html

So if you disagree with him, your publically called out with your employer? Last time I checked, you can fight against ideas and people you disagree with, legally. Calling out and labeling people like he did is weak intellectually and I’m sure there is some bullying law being broken. Looks like he’s stalking people on Facebook as well, and he wonders why people think he’s a nut. I guess he’s off his meds, not that all 3 people that read it would agree with him anyway. @Butters

Except fly airplanes.

What? There are more TDY students there for PIT than anything else, your data on the mig is incorrect.

Do what you wish, but someday they’ll be a mission you may want to get into. That mission may require a lie detector test, then what?

You’ve been around dude, there are exceptions for everything, you just need to talk to the correct person. Who that is? I don’t know.

,For those who don’t know, and I’d guess quite a few, you would know right away something tastes different. It’s a lot more “earthy” and it takes a bit more butter to activate the THC. When your memory starts to go away and you laugh at everything, you’re busted. I’d fess up, shit stays in your system for like 30 days, it’s a simple oops I’d hope. on a side note, I’ve been told if you have no gal bladder edibles won’t work at all.

He won’t lose shit, there are rules for thee and rules for me. What is the US govt. going to do? Magic another space X into existence? I’d tell them to pound sand if I were in his shoes, he holds all the cards. FWIW, the “Germans” that helped out in the 40’s in New Mexico were Nazis 5 minutes before they showed up on the Manhattan project and they were mostly addicted to opioids. My point is, they’ll just decide he’s too important for it to matter.
