Really, define human rights, I know of only two places; the bible and/or the constitution,,do you have another esoteric place we should reference or follow? I have heard alot of "rights" in the media these days, none of them rights.....labor/marriage/immigration/health care.....there may be laws, but I haven't seen any of them in the constitution.
