    They all do it, he will be challenged in court, he might win, there’s no way everyone in the White House hasn’t thought of these scenarios. It’s also possible he wants to lose in court, I know that doesn’t make a whole lotta sense and I sound like a (D) but what if he slamming the door on EO’s. He loses in court, all future presidents will be handicapped and he can blame the courts, it’s kind of a smooth move. The democrats know this as well, you’ll see posturing and MSNBC screaming at the loss of democracy (which is funny considering their sprint towards socialism), but I betcha they don’t fight very hard. Ever heard of the Patriot Act?

    Only published mins at home, “single seat” has higher wax cat mins than other aircraft with obviously some exceptions. I was 500 1 1/2 until “experienced” then limited to 300 and 1. That’s how I grew up at least.

    TX was pretty bad for rapidly changing WX, it was only about 10 years ago they start letting T-38s shoot to published mins only at home station, were restricted about 100’ higher before that. Did a form landing on the wing once at 100 and 1/2 during a Laughlin WX recall, legal when we started the approach, no where to go when established. I prefer initial now, you can have the practice bleeding

    The geniuses that came up with this know it’s a problem, I betcha @SocialD next paycheck there is a line, a line of retirements and separations that will reverse this decision. You’re gonna lose a lot of great people, I cannot believe this decision hasn’t had every angle at least discussed.

    Anyone who get passed over, and can swing it, should leave for the ARC to get promoted. Too many silly games and half truths by commanders to stick around that swamp. I think your good deal train is over once that happens, maybe even a year or so before official notice. additionally, any officer can get a great job on the outside, your bullshit OPR and PRF looks really good on a civilian resume, they don’t know any different, at least most of them.

    The new talking point coming out of the left, doesn’t help the hundreds in the AZ desert that’s gets us called off the ranges. Illegals wandering around a bombing range, with their visas in their pocket....yeah right. Some of us see it with our own eyes, not on MSNBC.
