As soon as S&W starts selling complete guns with Apex parts I HIGHLY recommend getting their forward set sear kit if you get an M&P for IDPA/USPSA. The trigger is unbelievable for a striker-fired gun.

I'm working with Dave Devine at NBOKC on a VA loan. 3.75% and a $5500 rebate is a sweet deal. With some closing costs from the seller I shouldn't have to pay anything and get my earnest money back at closing.

Hey, nothing wrong with new projects. I bought 5 PSA lowers for $50 each. They go on sale pretty often and I've heard no complaints about them. As long as it's in spec a lower is a lower. Any interest in a different caliber? I'm putting together a 6.8 with an upper from AR Performance.

I'll judge them. What they did was wrong, stupid, and a disgrace to the Marine Corps and America. Their actions have strategic consequences and they made the war that much harder to win for the rest of the coalition forces in Afghanistan.

Posting the guy's picture is crossing the line. Regardless of what you think of him he is one of us. What he lacks in delivery he just may make up for in focus and determination. It reminds me of the Tebow hate; sometimes people are intimidated by that kind of drive. They want the dude to fail to make their own failures more acceptable. That being said, it's on this guy to get the last laugh. I hope he earns what he wants.

Google "CAD" and whatever county you are in. Or "property assessor". Many counties have a property search page where you can look up public records such as sq footage, yearly taxes, and who owns the house. Sometimes it has what the house sold for last which is nice to know when you are house hunting. And knowing is half the battle!

I wouldn't do shit. Put the legal responsibility on the owner. I don't know the law in your state but I guaranatee she can't evict you that fast (1 Feb), and your deployed bro has some protection under SCRA (stay of proceedings, etc.).

The back isn't connected, but is supported by the laces when they go through the upper eyelet. The whole thing is pretty light so it doesn't need much. Thanks for the feedback.
