  1. it's too bad about his beautiful shirt Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. I think Winchester is absolutely right. There's things all over the interwebz a la Wikipedia, etc but that doesn't make it smart to talk about in certain settings (BODN being one of them). That's not being overdramatic IMHO Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Damn. Him him Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. My uneducated guess would be that your actual job (as an RPA driver) would be the exact same, you would just be working with/for different users within Big Blue or AFSOC Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Bingo...I made my previous comment somewhat tongue in cheek and with this exact thought in mind Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Shouldn't the peers you're being compared to be the peers in your career field? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. This is my new favorite thread. Especially the links GP and others keep providing. Pure, absolute winning Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Like USAFPilot said, that type of behavior isn't smart these days. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  10. The gunship squadron at HRT is an amazing squadron in this guys opinion. I absolutely loved it there. In the past, there was a definite tempo that made it hard on families and some of the mass pushes to Cannon also did a number on families. That being said, for the time I was there, things got much better. There is still a very high ops tempo, which in almost every respect is awesome if you actually want to be doing what the AC is designed to do. But the squadron has done a much better job of making sure the ops requirements and individual family requirements are more in sync. If you want specific details WRT deployments or anything like that, PM me a .mil Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. That was the rumor back in 2009-2010 also...when the Pcola move was brand spanking new. Don't start packing any bags. Or do, and then start unpacking Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  13. As stated before...send a .mil to someone, this isn't the place for OPSEC problems Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Dvlax, Only worrying about your specific role in any kind of crew A/C is not the way to do it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. I think there are so many more facets to that question than just crew vs solo that it would be difficult to legitimately quantify...but if you just wanted a number comparison it certainly wouldn't be too difficult Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. A) you asked several very complicated questions to which most are subjective not objective 2) you've posted the same thing 6-9 different times, all with the same responses/answers (some are actually valuable too) D) I apologize, I didn't mean to be full of sh1t and call you a dude. My bad. On a super serious note, please please keep your current mindset and attitude. It is exactly what you need to excel Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Dude... IBTL!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Punching out is probably one of the few things he did right Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Absolutely, simply trying to make the point of be smart about what goes on the interwebs bc even if you think it's private, it's not Listing addresses/phone #'s is really never a good idea Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Even if it's completely "private", facespace has some of the worst security there is and can be bypassed incredibly easily. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. The problem is that on day 1 of SOS there's a part of the briefings that specifically says don't bring guns on base. Personally, i think that's ridiculous but given the awesomeness of Maxwell he will probably be lucky to finish SOS Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Just like politicians right? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. You mean Zumba isn't the most important thing going on? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Bottom line: don't let anyone tell you no. There are very few things that will absolutely keep you from being able to go, you just have to do the legwork Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. Read the PSDM very carefully...if I remember correctly, LOR's have to be above any of the signatures on the 215, and within your current chain of command. But the PSDM is very explicit about LOR's. As far as how neccesary they are, YMMV, but everyone I know (including myself) that was picked up over the years have not had any LOR's. Obviously having one/several is great, but not having one doesn't mean you won't get picked up. I would be working for the 1/XX strat from sq/CC and wing/CC rather than rimming for LOR's Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Absolutely not true in any way whatsoever Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
