I watched it live as well. They were saying the News Helicopter was near the limit of their ability to send a signal and it kept cutting out. Everytime it did they went to a replay from a few seconds before, then they would cut right back to the live shot when the signal came back. They did that a few times and I bet that caused the mistake. I say so what..so douche nozzle offed himself. The dolt had a long criminal record, had just car-jacked someone at gunpoint, tried to shoot some cops on the side of the road during the chase, and took pot shots at the helicopter. AMF!

Looking for a few things that I can't seem to find. 1. I am still looking for a C-130 yoke, never see them listed anywhere, might have to make my own. 2. When I left Laughlin 100 years ago they just installed a really cool table that I would like to recreate in the man cave. It was a T-38 wing with a landing gear...the lights even worked....would love to build one some day. 3. Have been looking for a 20MM barrel. Some friends have some cool pieces. One buddy has the stick from the Viper he ejected out of. Another buddy has the ejection seat handle from a T-38 he crashed. When my dad left command they gave him a travel pod converted to a wet bar.

My guess is he is waiting to present his changes to the four stars at Corona which is right around the corner. I don't have inside baseball, but I would guess he is giving them a run down of his proposed changes and he will likely zap some of the low hanging fruit...which are easy kills. My opinion only.

UPDATE: New details about Osprey crash released (VIDEO, SLIDESHOWS) Perhaps not relavent to the crash but note the tree damage high in the tree to the right of the fire truck.
