There were meetings and discussions but there was never anything singed and NATO leadership denies there was an agreement. You cherry picking ideas AND timelines...was there a threat of Ukraine joining NATO in 2014 when Putin invaded Ukraine the first time? 3. As of today May 28,2024, Ukraine is NOT in NATO.
