The Next President is...
As I have been saying for years, the mainstream media continues to violate the most basic journalistic standards and ethics. If you think CNN's Donna Brazile giving Hillary the debate questions in advance was a one off, think again. The Biden campaign drafted questions for the president’s interviews on a pair of Black radio shows Now that they have been caught the station fired the reporter but it is the tip of the iceberg. These clowns are complicit in hiding just had bad that demented meatbag really has become.

China & Chinese Shenanigans
As Peter Zeihan has been predicting, China is HURTING! The real estate bubble has burst and their economy is paying the price, 80 to 90 MILLION Empty apartments. China's largest developer, "The Evergrande Group" has been ordered to liquidate it's assets. 66% of the average Chinese retirement/wealth is in real estate...big trouble ahead.

WTF? (**NSFW**)
Seriously? Cities overreach all the time and pass "laws" that are in conflict (and thus illegal), with the Constitution and that is the point. Another example is what has happened with Panhandling all around the country, cities and municipalities have tried to outlaw it but SCOTUS CLEARLY ruled that it is protected under the 1st amendment as free speech our a charitable appeal for help. These cities are learning as a wave of lawsuits is forcing them to change the "law." I am certainly not a Constitutional scholar but having sworn an oath I have actually read the document and as part of my education, read a lot of the framing documents like the Federalist Papers which provide the foundation and rationale for the bill of rights. Warrant-less search and seizures have been addressed many times and like other amendments there are exceptions like exigent circumstances, that was not the case here. The NYPD has a bad record when it comes to the bill of rights, they are in the middle of a 1st amendment lawsuit that is going to cost them (actually the tax payers), dearly. Sadly, it is part of their DNA. Notice how many times the tell the guy to shut the F@ck up...sorry, however distasteful you find it, there is still a 1st amendment.

The Next President is...
Lets be completely honest, the blame for the sad display we saw last night lays squarely at the feet of the Biden family, his aides and the DNC for two reasons. First and foremost, F@ck Jill Biden and the aides around Joe. It has been blatantly obvious for some time that Biden has cognitive issues. Falling up stairs, bikes, stages is one thing but the steady decline to a shuffling mumbling stooge has been on full display for sometime. His family and aides are so desperate to retain power they purposely ignored the obvious and sent him out to glitch on a national stage. To think Biden isolated for 10 days to practice for that 90 minutes is staggering. If they had been honest they would have started the process of exiting him stage right two years ago. Second, the DNC hates Trump so much they weaponized the justice system in an attempt to block him from running. It COMPLETELY backfired and in many ways helped him. By keeping him locked up in courts and gag orders they minimized his crazy, hardened his base and gave him a press conference everyday after court where he could further play to his base. The polls prove it, every time they indicted and prosecuted him, his numbers went up. When he ran in 2016 he was appealing as an outsider, in 2024 he is appealing because his is a martyr to everyone who feels cheated and believes the government is out to get them. Had they left it alone, he might have derailed himself, what an utter disaster.

- Commanders are dropping like flies this year
I am actually surprised it has not been a bigger problem in our community. 20 straight years of combat deployments for LDHD units takes a toll. Killing people is not a pick up game and watching your work on ever increasing resolution cameras makes it personal. I did 9 deployments through the years, was fortunate to have breaks along the way for school/staff....other were in a grind for year son end...90 on 90 off, 60 on 60 off...for MANY years. Same issue for the UAS folks who in many regards have it worse. Folks flying airplanes typically have the transit time home from a deployment to start the decompression process. UAS dudes can sit at the kitchen table eating breakfast with their kids, go to work, suddenly they get the call to kill a dude they have been watching for a month. They turn the dude into hamburger and spend the next four hours watching the body to see who comes to collect him...often with his family watching and grieving. They leave the GSU, drive home and are eating dinner 20 minutes later when their kid asks "how was your day Mom/Dad?- Commanders are dropping like flies this year
The RUMINT local is he strangled the child.- The new airline thread
No dog in the fight (I was hired at DAL when I retired then got a much better offer from industry), but the thread has been interesting through the years. As a person who does a LOT of business travel I can tell you it is more busy right now than I have ever seen it. I flew from PCola to IAD last week and there were 11 flights leaving between 0610 and 0810 at an airport with 10 gates. Security (including Pre-check), out the door. I am assuming the Boeing issues have cut back the number of flights, but it looks like non-stop craziness to me,- College Football
@M2 68 days and counting brother! Wanna go to the game?- Commanders are dropping like flies this year
What do you do shortly after taking command of the 19th SOS... Also, how sad that the Sheriff's Office in the county next to "Hurlburt" for 71 years, and where a large number of county residents reside, does not know how to spell the name of the base.- Gun Talk
Lunatic Democrat trying to ban guns.- Lighten Up Francis!
- Gun Talk
While I understand and agree with the ruling, it does open the door to other not as clear encroachments. You are arrested for a crime, will they take your weapons in the name of "safety" even though you have not been convicted. This is indeed a huge ruling that will open new attacks on 2A. I agree they are very pro 2A, I am more concerned about rulings on silencers, braces and NFA.- The Next President is...
I doubt it. My prediction is a 3v1 with the commentators throwing jabs at Trump while giving Biden slow softballs down the middle.- The WOKE Thread (Merged from WTF?)
All you wack-a-doodle liberals who argue the military is not going woke please punch yourself in the junk. Pentagon slammed over woke plan to use US troops as 'guinea pigs' to eat lab-grown meat- Gun Talk
Huge SCOTUS ruling on gun rights today and now a VERY slippery slope. Supreme Court upholds federal gun ban for those under domestic violence restraining orders- The Next President is...
- COVID-19 (Aka China Virus)
Agree with some of what you said (especially about Fauci), but I take great execption to the "shut up and color" for the military part. While you surrender many of your civil rights when you take the oath, becoming a guinea pig is not in the fine print. Under the blanket of military readiness this mandate was employed and the science was not settled (as a lot of voices tried to say but were silenced). When you peel back the facts it was just as flawed as other times when this happened: 1. Secret World War II Chemical Experiments Tested Troops By Race. 2. Veterans Used In Secret Experiments Sue Military For Answers 3. Forcing troops to sit in exposure zones during nuclear testing. 4. Edgewood Arsenal human experiments 5. LSD experiments by the United States Army Through the years under the banner of "military readiness" US troops have been purposely exposed to radiation, chemical weapons, biological weapons and have been given LSD, simply unsat in a free society.- Lighten Up Francis!

Schumer has been eviscerated in the press and on social media "He makin an EColi Cheese Burger"...he caved and took the post down. Democrats, always pretending to be something they are not...normal humans.- Gun Talk
Not sure the leap from a weapons of mass destruction to a civil airplane. Nukes and I presume chemical weapons...interesting interpretation of 2A.- Gun Talk
So nuclear arms are approved as well?- Russian Ukraine shenanigans
The Ukrainians are taking out an S400 EVERYDAY...interesting to note the S400 we feared has some weaknesses afterall. - Commanders are dropping like flies this year
