Adding even more data to support my opinion of the Biden family. What a complete Douche. Hunter Biden: Fighting to prevent daughter with ex-lover from using his last name

Surprised no one has discussed the incident and near collision between the Delta and American jets. Could have been horrible.

IMHO supporting Ukraine has been and continues to be a wise decision. As of the end of November the U.S. has given $50B to Ukraine, with half of that being military aid. Our annual defense budget is currently at $725B. For just under 7% of a single year of defense budget we have helped humble a superpower, all without losing American soldiers, that my friends is a bargain! For at least the next 10 years Russia has been removed from the world stage as a conventional military threat and I believe it has given China something to think about, all without losing American lives. In many respects I would argue this has been our most effective proxy war. Russia may or may not ultimately win this war but the implications of it will shape Russia for a generation. The Russian military has lost significant amounts of equipment (and I guarantee there is a flood of captured equipment flowing to the U.S. for exploitation that will pay dividends for years.) The Oryx website reports 8,000 pieces of equipment destroyed, damaged, abandoned, or captured, including some 1,500 tanks, 700 armored fighting vehicles, and 1,700 infantry fighting vehicles. Bottomline, it will take years and huge amounts of $ to rebuild their military. The bigger impact is in casualties, the numbers are staggering. I obviously don't believe the published numbers from either Ukraine or Russia as they are always misstated. DoD and several think tanks have done independent assessments that seem to settle on 100,000 Russian Casualties with between 40,000-50,000 deaths. The demographics of those losses is staggering and touches every part of Russian society. A few data points to put it into perspective: 1. In 20 years of combat in Afghanistan there were 2.456 United States military deaths. 1,932 of these deaths were the result of hostile action. 20,752 American service members were also wounded in action during the war. 2. In 20 years of combat in Vietnam there were 58,148 were United States military deaths. 300,000 American service members were also wounded in action during the war. 3. In 20 years of combat in Iraq there were 4,431 were United States military deaths. 31,994 American service members were also wounded in action during the war. In a single year the Russians have suffered almost as many deaths as the U.S. did in 20 years of war in Vietnam. Additionally, Russia's population is less than half (143 Million versus 332 Million), this war has touch a large majority of families in Russia. Putin's ability to survive demonstrates his grip on power, but without success I don't think he will survive. War is terrible and this is no exception. But when you step back and look at the situation from the perspective of the Great Power game, this has been a huge win for us.

🥃 Sorry, I won't hand-waive history, especially when that history demonstrates the double standard of justice your party has imposed on society. Hillary was given a pass on her handling of classified, that is a crime we should all remember, especially when we see how the other side has been treated. I am not so sure, with Biden being allowed to return to the scene of the crime, his lawyers, not LEO, finding more classified tells me this Special Counsel is already giving a double standard. Hur's first action after appointment should have been to have LEO search all properties and residences and he certainly should not have allowed Biden into that house until that task was complete. But that's just me asking for fairness and an equal standard of justice.

Triggered much? When this came up in the past with regard to Hillary and he handling of classified you hand-waived "whataboutism" so stop acting like a freaking martyr. If you were so concerned about fairness you would have said the same thing when she did it.

My current inventory has been asking for a little brother...

But that is not what is happening. 1. Biden's lawyers have been doing the searches for the past two months and apparently the lawyers doing the first two rounds of searches did not have a clearance. 2. When the AG knew about Trump's issues it was immediately leaked and released, but the AG sat on the Biden story for two MONTHS! Even more ludicrous, he knew about Biden' situation the day he stepped to the microphone and appointed a Special Counsel to investigate Trump's classified. How do you just hand-waive this away? Nuance is the word, I don't know when Trump's folks moved the classified to Mar Lago, if he was still President then legally it is a different situation as he was the de-classification authority. Again, I think that is a shitty defense and ultimately wrong but as it relates to the law he has a push-back argument. Regardless the records act would kick in and he should return everything. Biden's situation is far worse "legally", he was not the declassification authority, he broke the same records act, he had TSI/SCI unguarded in his garage for years, exponentially worse in my opinion as we don't know who had access to his garage, or his office space that was paid for by the Chinese. I am a fairness kind of guy, whatever you do, do it equally to both sides and for a great many years through multiple incidents of mishandled classified that simply has not happened, to say otherwise is pure tripe.

Do you think it is fair that Biden's attorney's should be the one doing the search? Fair would be the FBI raiding Biden's home and offices period dot.
-
AGREED! But guess what brother....it ain't! I have yet to see a load of FBI agents search all of Biden's properties. In fact, he was allowed to return to his home (a potential crime scene), AND THEY found MORE while he was there. Why are his attorneys being allowed to conduct the search...yet ANOTHER double standard you don't want to admit. Let him cook, with Biden's attorneys doing the search....oh you mean cook the books, I get it. The way you spin things, you might want to give up the flying gig and ask Jean-Pierre to step aside. 😆

SCOTUS has been very active as of late in particular striking down 2nd amendment restrictions as of late (ask New York), and I expect the trend will continue. While the Bruen decision doesn't apply to this TF action it does demonstrate the current SCOTUS is willing to jump in and make landmark decisions.

Lets the court cases begin.

They just found MORE classified documents at Biden's house. 1. Why was he allowed to return to the scene of a potential crime? 2. Why are they allowing his lawyers to search for documents instead of the FBI?

While I think what Trump did was wrong, when it comes to the law I think there is certainly some nuance that has to be worked through in the courts. POTUS is the declassification authority and while I disagree with the "he can declassify just by thinking about it" argument, the process is not codified in law. I don't buy into the spin about the subpoena, again a lot of nuance given Presidential records, not defending his actions just saying the law is not clear. Also, he did exactly what they requested with regard to securing the material at Mara Lago. With regard to the law, Biden is in real jeopardy if the AG follow the law (highly doubtful). Trump as POTUS had legal authority to have those documents while in office, Biden as VP did NOT! Intent and context DOES matter. Lets peel that back a bit since you brought it up. 1. As VP he did not have a right to that material, you think it was a simple mistake VERY classified materiel has been found in two locations? It seems like you are willing to employ the Joy Behar standard "Joe is not a crook so we should give him the benefit of the doubt"....Ahhh NO! He has other facilities and homes, out of an abundance of caution, shouldn't those sites be searched? 2. The context of the material is also VERY important and feed to a bigger issue that has been suppressed by the left for two years. Initial reports indicate the material related to China/Russia/Ukraine from the time period when Hunter was being paid buckets of cash to work for Burisma. At what point to you acknowledge there is enough smoke we might want to look for a fire. 3. Your example about the dude having SCI in a bag is interesting, I too have seen this scenario. The CONTEXT of the Biden situation is VERY concerning. Trump's material was stored at a facility protected by the Secret Service. Biden's material was in a closet at the Penn Center, a facility paid for by the Chinese government. They won't open the books on that organization (more smoke), and it is entirely possible Chinese foreign nationals had access to that facility. 4. Are you not concerned about the timing of this story. This was discovered BEFORE the Mid-terms. The AG and others kept it quiet until this week, with reports indicating they were going to continue to keep it quiet but someone in the press was tipped off about the cover up. Absolutely criminal to keep this from the American people before an election. 5. When hanging your hat on the intent argument you again bring Hillary back into the spotlight. 33,000 emails purposely destroyed. TS/SCI SAP PURPOSELY moved to an unclassified server where it was likely scooped up by the Chinese AND Russians, no accountability. As usual, the left has no problems with a double standard. ***UPDATE*** The second batch of classified was found next to his Corvette in his garage! His retort, "it was a locked garage". UFB!

Now....earlier it most CERTAINLY was not. I was sitting with a large group of folks and for the first few hours after it broke all the people around me were actually going between CNN/MSNBC and Foxnews/WSJ. CNN and MSDNC were still leading (on air and on the website), about the efforts to get Santos to resign. ABC was the first to crack and NOW of course the others will follow. So you agree, a group of FBI agents should raid Biden's Delaware house tonight to see what might be stashed at that location. Look at the front page of Yahoo RIGHT NOW. Nothing about the documents but two articles critical of the GOP.

A second set of classified documents has now been found. The first set reportedly contained TSI/SCI SAR/SAP. Where is the outrage? CNN/MSDNC/and the other extensions of the DNC were not even covering it. I think ABC finally broke down and had to acknowledge. Odds he has a secret server in the basement of his Delaware beachouse...

Double Standard Much? At least 10 classified documents were found Biden's time as VP found in his private office at his think tank (Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement in Washington). I am happy to see CNN step up and troll Biden with his own words, I am sure his mouth piece will spin this and make it Trump's fault. Very interesting that these documents were discovered two months ago, BEFORE the mid-terms, but they just released it now. I wonder when DOJ will launch a midnight raid and search the White House? https://www.cnn.com/2023/01/09/politics/joe-biden-classified-documents-upenn/index.html

The ATF and New York have had some major kicks in the nads issued by SCOTUS the past few months, I hope the trend continues.

WTF Delta? Anyone have more info on this case?
