Aviation Continuation Pay (ACP - The Bonus)
My position is that you need to STFU and listen to the advice folks on here are giving you. One position of mine is that I am a Baseops Moderator and have noticed that you are very lippy and seem to have a comment on just about everything. Over 100 posts in a month.

Guardian- stop asking other folks to qualify their positions or state their airframe when you refuse to do so yourself. RPAs are not hard to "fly".

Considering Joining ANG / AFReserves
No commission past 35 or 37, forget which one, unless a medical officer. We were told to not even attempt to ask for a waiver, as it would be denied. Not sure what the enlistment age limit is.

Pilot watches
I have this watch, and the 2 previous versions. I totally agree with all stated above. Citizen makes great watches. I also have the Omega Speedmaster and my Citizens are comparable for a much cheaper price. The Omega is for passing down, so now I need to get another so my youngest has one as well.

AGR Curtailment
We have one going thru curtailment now. No issues yet, but beware if you are getting ARP. You will have to pay it back. Depending on timing, it could be a significant payback. Even though you received a post tax amount, you will have to pay back the pre tax amount. Curtailment Staff Summary Sheet is routed thru SQ/CC, OG/CC, WG/CC, ATAG, and TAG. Also, take the leave. Don't sell it back.

Info on flight boots
I wear the 693s. Have had them for 2 yrs or so. They have been a great boot. Comfortable, cool, and much lighter than my issued Bellevilles.

Unsolicited T-1 Replacement Proposal
A CTP would be great for the RPA community, but what do you do with the 18X guys? They don't come out of URT with enough hours to get a PPL. I would think this would cause a some issues for leadership IRT keeping everyone happy. Maybe an in-squadron qualification program? I would think a T-6 type aircraft would be ideal.

The answers to your list of questions have been covered ad nauseum on these forums, so UTSF. As for your dilemma, if it has been your lifelong dream to fly manned airplanes, then I think you should have your answer.
