Honestly, there's only one path through UPT and only minor, temporary deviations are allowed. I wouldn't even have creative thoughts there. Plus, who'd want to watch your shitty TP stalls in dazzling 1080p?
So, I'm not an expert in the C-17, but I'm pretty sure that every pilot is taught ETCA in UPT.

So unless the glide slope is drastically different from the standard 3 degrees and has a crazy short final, I would think the "C" and "A" would take care of minor deviations. Straight up poor airmanship.

ORM tools are ridiculous. Ours doesn't even include air refueling... you know, the most dangerous thing we do in the airplane.
Especially if you never take leave and you have time to max it out before retirement. If you're going to lose it, might as well sell it.
Your time is worth what you determine it's worth and your situation is different from everyone elses. I lost two days of leave last year. They should automatically just give you cash for your lose days until you hit 60. That $360 would have taken some of the bitterness out of being called in to sit SOF on a federal holiday.
