like m2 said it depends on the rider. the only way u'll know is by sitting on one. i know i'm 6'2" with freakishly long legs so every sportbike i sit on isn't very comfortable. there are two different F4i seats depending on the year. but the newer F4i's with the banana seat is comfortable to be. i haven't rode one for 3.5hrs. i ride a 03' kawi zx6r(636) and that thing is uncomfortable for me after 30ish minutes of riding (excluding twisties). i just suck it up and deal with it. i've still been able to do 200-300mile one way trips on it.

200 push ups and 200 sit ups monday - friday rest weekends. mwf - 200 push ups as fast as possible (sets of 50 or whatever u can do the fastest) t th - 200 push ups anyway possible (sets of 25 throughout the day etc) samething with situps. do this for a few weeks(or until u can atleast do 50 in a minute) and then bump it up to 300. i do this about a month before a pt test and always max pushups and situps 70 each. running? cant really help u thats my weak point.

monkey u got it right. my det/cc is a real nazi. i'm going to be a 700 next year and hes actually trying to create an as700 class that he highly encourages us to take. and of course with that we're expected to go to pt, llab, and hold cadet positions in order to "set the example as future af officers" for the younger cadets.

thanks NOS! yea actually earlier today i went and talked to my det/cc bout my base choices and wanting to be combat comm. ironically hes mentored a LT that is at the JCSE. so my det/cc told me to put that on my 53. so i put Macdill as my #1 and put that i wanted to go JCSE in the cadet comments part. now we play the waiting game :banghead:

well my det is slow as hell and i found out my afsc today. im a cs major so naturally i got 33s even though it wasn't my first choice. yeeeeeep i'm gonna be a comm-O. does anyone know anything about combat comm? i wanna get dirty

yea this morning in our as400 class our commander came in and gave us the form16 counseling on the sere cbt he says it takes like 5 hours to complete :thumbsdown:

lol yea sorry about that double post. but yea i really enjoyed that vr2 also. its now regulated to passenger/back up duty. a few months back i bought a shark rsi helmet. that thing is awesome id reccomend shark. the padding is awesome, visor is super clear stock, and has very low wind noise.

heres my baby. 03' zx636. i've been riding for only 2 years. this is my second bike my first was a 92' fzr600 i loved that thing. the 6 tree 6 is awesome too. Edit: sorry for teh double post still figuring out this new interface.

i'm a non scholarship cadet once i get back from FT do i have to wait till i come back to my det to get my mil id or can i do it at an afb at home?
