  1. Biden apologizes for using the term “illegal” and says “they built the country”…but yeah, him and the Dems totally want to secure the border.
  2. I don’t see how this economic data overall is a good thing for our country, regardless if these stats include legal immigrants along with illegals (Biden’s own term now btw). Oh and the AZ Governor (Dem) vetoed a bill to allow state/local LE to arrest illegal immigrants for crossing the border illegally…and not a single Dem in Senate voted for an amendment to not count illegals when it comes to appropriating electoral college votes, etc. But yes, the Dems are now (as of the last couple of months) the party of stronger border security. But if you’re a Trump supporter then you’re definitely a danger to the country. Job gains are going to immigrants, and keeping young US-born men out of the workforce “At first glance, this perspective seems to be spot-on. Compared to the fourth quarter of 2019, right before COVID-19 hit, the fourth quarter of 2023 shows 2.7 million more people working. Except all those gains are among immigrants. The number of immigrants working over this period is up by 2.9 million, while 183,000 fewer US-born Americans are working.” https://www.fox10phoenix.com/news/sb1231-gov-katie-hobbs-vetoes-bill-on-border-crossing-saying-the-bill-does-not-secure-our-border https://www.hagerty.senate.gov/press-releases/2024/03/08/hagerty-statement-on-senate-democrats-siding-with-illegal-immigrants-over-american-citizens-on-voting-power/
  3. The “West” aka the United States. Right now it doesn’t appear that the rest of Europe is willing to do anything aggressive to assist Ukraine, which tells me that they’re really not that concerned. It’s like I tell people about “climate change”—when the progressives start moving away in droves from the expensive cities on the water, then I’ll be concerned.
  4. Biden was yelling because he was amped on whatever medication he was on…seriously, look at how he talks most times, he sounds like he’s almost half dead and yet last night a lot different.
  5. Biden actually called Riley’s alleged murderer an “illegal” at his SOTU address and the left is losing their mind.
  6. I heard she has a book club and something about weight watchers?
  7. And Haley is finally out and Michelle Obama said the other day that she doesn’t want it (though I guess anyone can change their mind). Definitely looking like a Biden vs Trump rematch.
  8. Did you watch “The Last of Us” on HBO? There was a love story episode of two dudes, an episode of a blissful/thriving town where everyone is happy and working together (during the apocalypse) who were self proclaimed communists, and the only show focusing on religion was about a self proclaimed white Christian/pastor who raped juvenile women and who also had no problem killing people in his town for food (cannibalism). And if you’re a fan of the show “Fargo” on FX/Hulu, the last season was very much trying to depict that if you’re a white guy, you’re most likely either silly, dumb, weak, or extremely abusive and violent, and that the bad people are the local Sheriff’s department. Oh and the local abusive Sheriff believes in small government, helps arm their local militia, and are also Christian Trump supporters…and that the Feds are always the good people and women are the smart/tough ones and the heroes. I’m so glad that Hollywood isn’t trying to push an agenda.
  9. Which is why I used the example that something doesn’t need to make sense for it to happen/not happen…if Putin feels NATO country X is intentionally killing his troops when he didn’t want to fight NATO country X, then don’t be surprised how he reacts. And I appreciate your candid answer…which is why I’ll follow up then with: Let’s not poke the bear just because we’re confident in the end we can kill the bear if it gets pissed off and does something aggressive. There’s a reason NATO won’t allow Ukraine to join at this current moment.
  10. Ummm, we invaded Iraq because we said Saddam Hussein was an immediate threat due to their WMDs. Wars tend to escalate at times, and for what we think are stupid reasons. Just saying this as a response to your “no basis” as we had no basis to invade Iraq, but I still spent a year deployed there. So seriously, if a NATO country deploys combat troops to Ukraine and kills Russian troops and Putin believes their best response is to attack said NATO country to keep that from continuing to happen, does this invoke the charter?
  11. So, hypothetically, if a NATO country were to send troops into Ukraine and kill Russian soldiers and in response Russia then retaliates by striking that NATO country, would that invoke the NATO charter?
  12. Pretty sure it’s because of their new 737 orders being delayed due to certification issues.
  13. SWA has suspended all classes that were scheduled to start in April or later and do not expect to start any new classes in CY24.
  14. What’s the need if only 31K Ukrainian soldiers have died compared to the hundreds of thousands of Russian soldiers who have also died?
  15. Funny…I thought white supremacists were the greatest internal threats in the military?
  16. It definitely won’t happen—again, if she was going to run as a third part, that’s what she would be doing right now, like RFK. And the only reason RFK decided to run as an independent was because the DNC wouldn’t allow him to run against Biden. Haley is running fair and square for her party’s nomination, she’s just not doing well. And Manchin already said he wasn’t going to run… https://www.fox5dc.com/news/west-virginia-sen-joe-manchin-rules-out-presidential-run-in-2024
  17. Not a chance—she saw the polls over the last several months. If she was going to go 3rd party she would have already had done so. I truly think she just wants to have her in with the elites after this is all over. But your point about 3rd party, does everyone think RFK Jr will continue to run as an independent/3rd party? It certainly at this point appears so?
  18. I seriously doubt she would ever get the nomination even if that were to happen—my bet is DeSantis would definitely get it before her since he is way more popular amongst Republicans than Haley. What an embarrassment if she hasn’t dropped out the day after Super Tuesday when she couldn’t win a single state.
  19. So Haley appears to have lost her home state, where she was Governor, by 20+ points and vows to continue on…which I imagine she will then lose every state on ‘Super Tuesday’ on March 5th. With a handful of delegates, and even if Trump were to drop dead in June, the RNC wouldn’t just automatically give her the nomination, and my money is she wouldn’t even get the nomination. So this all begs the question—why is she still staying in to continue to lose? Sure she has some campaign money and can keep going but I think the point of running a race is to win…unless she’s trying to be some kind of a spoiler?
  20. That’s what his bio says, I just knew him as when he was the OG at Kirtland when he was flying MCs.
  21. I remember Dag when he was the 58 SOW OG when I was at Kirtland. What’s your take on him? If remember correctly he was one of the Olmsted scholar types?
  22. Ummm…from the CDC Director WALENSKY: First of all, I just want to note that I share this optimism. I`m so -- I`m so impressed with our ability to vaccinate at a clip of 3 million vaccinations a day. We have 93 million Americans who have gotten their first dose, 51 million who have gotten their second dose. And we have -- we can kind of almost see the end. We`re vaccinating so very fast, our data from the CDC today suggests, you know, that vaccinated people do not carry the virus, don`t get sick, and that it`s not just in the clinical trials but it`s also in real world data. https://www.msnbc.com/transcripts/transcript-rachel-maddow-show-3-29-21-n1262442
  23. Selective enforcement of going after those who lie…and conveniently once again they go after mostly those who don’t help the leftists/elitists.
  24. Well, let’s put it this way, when the legal analyst from MSNBC has this to say you know it’s not going well: “Legal analyst Chuck Rosenberg said on MSNBC special coverage of the Georgia hearing on Fulton District Attorney Fani Willis’ eligibility in the election interference case against former President Donald Trump that it was not going well for the state and Willis should consider removing herself.” Here’s a link from the local Atlanta news on what happened: https://abc7.com/georgia-misconduct-hearing-nathan-wade-fani-willis-testimony/14428365/
