And ironically his suppressor made zero difference in the event. But alas, people who support further gun legislation/continuing the NFA are devoid of all logic (and DGAF about the constitution).
  2. Totally agree, wasn’t arguing otherwise. So following this logic WRT the DNI, if a person spent a year as an A1C in a squadron intel shop, that’d be of value as a DNI? Answer: no, it would be of essentially zero value IRT the executive level. Same as a PPL is of zero value for the FAA director. Again, executive level is a totally different ball game than tactical/operational level in the military. Now if there was a competitor who has significant IC experience, in addition to the executive level experience Tulsi has, is aligned with Trump’s agenda, and wants to do it, then by all means that person should be pushed forward. I have not heard of this hypothetical person.
  3. What is it you think the DNI does? I’ll answer - oversee and direct, e.g. lead. The DNI does not work in the trenches, thus requiring a higher level of technical expertise in specific areas/capabilities. They are leading at the executive level, which means leadership, communication, and decision making skills at said level are paramount. Her resume has plenty of that, and what MOS she was/is in the Army is fairly irrelevant at this point. A similar example is we should have a pilot with a poli sci, business, etc. degree who’s been in OT/DT before run our acquisitions - there’s a guy out there with that resume who would do way better than the dipshits who have been/do run that world. Why? Because he has superior critical thinking skills and leadership skills compared to the bureaucrats who have historically been in those roles. This hypothetical guy would crush it, and with little to no acquisitions credentials on his resume.
  4. Went up $500…about damn time!

Guidefitter is also a great source for significant discounts on a lot of great gear, including Vortex. Recommend every mil guy signs up
  6. The only way it doesn’t is doing something like Lord Ratner said above…can’t drag them to court, but Trump sure as shit can declassify everything and release it to the world. That would be even better than any trials that hypothetically could have happened. If the dark world of that corrupt shitshow family (and others like them) are massively exposed, and not just on obscure sites, it would likely wake up even more people to the absolute lie they’ve bought.
  7. A lot of power-hungry people hiding behind slogans like “saving democracy” these days, followed by deny deny counter-accuse your political adversaries. Seems like the SK people may also have to take out the trash, at least based on the little bit of info I’ve read.
  8. No kidding, very surprising to hear this happen to a PT-6. But, great job on the pilot’s part.
  9. @ClearedHot My initial comment above was when I was just thinking the gun and tax crimes, but now I’ve read more and saw the 10 yr timespan that’s covered. This was as much a “shadow” pardon for Joe as it was an outward one for Hunter. Absolute garbage humans - my only Christmas wish (that will never come true) is to have Joe and Fauci dumped into the general population at Rikers and let that run its course…they deserve all of that and more.
  10. Doctor: “I’m sorry to tell you you’ve been diagnosed with BashiChuni.” Random Pilot: “What does this mean?” Doctor: “In the final phases your dick falls off. So, was that 4th floor worth it?”
  11. Joe’s legacy is complete dogshit. He had no face to save by not pardoning Hunter, so from his POV might as well - probably the most logical thought/decision he’s had in decades.
  12. FAA and Congress will never see it rationally like us plebes do. Their craniums are so far up their asses (and each other’s asses) it’s not even worth 5 min of some staff guy’s time. Reality sucks some times.
  13. I can’t imagine that many people are truly anti-Tesla, or even EV in general. I bet the vast majority of the anti-“E” attitudes are simply pushback against progressive bullshit ideas like banning gas car sales by 2030, banning gas ovens, telling people they MUST go all electric or else, etc. I think EVs, solar, etc. are great ventures and I’m excited to see the tech progress. I also think they are not the panacea many leftist think they are and there is a LONG way to go before they are reasonable for many people in this country. Bottom line - progress the tech and people will naturally come to them as it makes sense for their life situations/desires (and to the leftist: WGAF if someone doesn’t share your EV love), or try to shove it down their throats and human nature says they’ll respond with a big “fuck you!”
  14. There are totally valid reasons to have an EV, but being environmentally friendly isn’t one of them.
  15. First beta tester results: Wife: “Seriously!!! Turbo Ass Blaster 3000?! We’re having a baby, not an Eagle driver. You need to take this seriously.” Husband: “Yes dear. And also to clarify, does that mean Hugh Jorgan is off the table too?”
  16. I amend my previous statement, I’m willing to also offer her to serve the remainder of her commitment as a full time piss test monitor. All day, every day for the next 4-6 years. Or get out and incur 500M debt - her choice.

Never had an issue with PSA stuff - not sure I’d totally rely on them for defense, but they’ve not done me wrong for light range time.
  18. It will be cool when someone (probably Tesla) makes a truck that’s worth a shit for those who need a “real” truck. If Elon can catch a rocket with chopsticks, I’m sure in time he’ll do that. Of course the catch is the infrastructure in said “market areas” is woefully behind being able to support such a product. I wonder if Elon can get involved in that.
  19. It used to be easier, but now even an ATCAA (way less environmental impact vs. a MOA, temp or perm) will take 2-5 years to create under the new, draconian process. MOAs are advertised as a 10 year process (with a massive asterisk that says “never going to happen”). It’s a very anti-mil process and the FAA loves every bit of it.
  20. That is awesome. How long does it take if you have a solid 1/4” thick ice shield in the morning?
  21. Unless there’s a large enough existing MOA with capacity, it’s a non-starter. The FAA is horrendous to work with - it’s their kingdom and they don’t give a fuck about training, readiness, national defense, etc. To top it off the AF majorly bent the knee to them a few years ago and slammed some huge nails into its own coffin on the airspace front. Edit: I love the hypothetical idea, just am too jaded by the reality of bureaucracy that would immediately crush a good solution to a problem. Now if Elon gets involved, maybe we’re on to something!
  22. The FAA reps at the initial pitch meeting:
  23. She effectively has grifted the taxpayer. I hope she gets out and incurs a half mil in debt - sucks to suck.
  24. And by a substantial margin
