Since I haven't been to a good gun show since Randolph, and there's none in Nebraska (not a gun friendly state), I was forced to shop via internet. Hopefully this works out, but I'm buying from a site that was mentioned in this thread. Hope the XD is as good as you say it is. thanks

M2, What prices are you seeing in TX for a used XD45 (with 3 hi-cap mags)? I think I might finally give in and get one.
  3. "If you see this lady turning in clockwise you are using your right brain. If you see it the other way, you are using left brain. Some people do see both ways, but most people see it only one way. See if you can make her go one way and then the other by shifting the brain's current. BOTH DIRECTIONS CAN BE SEEN Most individuals have a distinct preference for one of these styles of thinking. Some, however, are more whole-brained and equally adept at both modes. In general, schools tend to favor left-brain modes of thinking, while downplaying the right-brain ones. Left-brain scholastic subjects focus on logical thinking, analysis, and accuracy. Right-brained subjects, on the other hand, focus on aesthetics, feeling, and creativity. I found that if I just look at her feet, she will switch direction! If I closed my eyes and then reopen them sometimes I can see a change in direction." Didn't work for me, but whatever

  5. I'd say depends on the community. In the recce world, EWO/Nav compete equal, if not better than pilots, for command of operational sqdns, OSS and FTU sqdns.
