Not really, they plan on going back in time and creating a policy that forbids it. Then it will just disappear because it never happened. So, I guess that could be interpreted as removing it.

Yes, I read the whole article. There are several conflicting stories. The guy that was bit got to complain first, now everyone has to prove the guy broke in. Coming home to find your 'Door ajar" does not prove someone broke in. You probably voted for Obama so you may not realize that people can leave door ajar and their dogs can get out. If you buy XYZ on 2 mar and get a reinvested dividend on 5 may and sell on 4 mar the next year your 2 mar shares rte taxed long term and 5 may short term. It is not that difficult. If you only sell some of the safes you need to specify which ones the are. You can sell all or some of the shares you bought on the different days.
