    Bigfoot Found!

Bigfoot Body Revealed to Be Halloween Costume Oh darn! Didn't see that one coming!
  4. No, not if it is mild. I have the same thing. It will exempt you from the small pox vacine though!! YES!!!
  5. Well since this is the Internet and speculation is king, this is what I think the story is going to be. Everyone knows this chick was a pain in the ass at Manas. She tried to make my transient crew go though all the PERSCO in processing briefings. Those briefs would have taken longer than our scheduled crew rest. Worst of all I actually was worried about her when I first heard about her "kidnapping". Anyway, she had desert queen mentality, newly wed, and one of the few chicks in a deployed location that is not carrying a few extra pounds. She partied a lot, but not so much everyone noticed. Hooked up with someone (who was a fool and did not wrap his tool) and BAM she's prego! Cooks up a plan to get abortion right before going home. Once story unravels she come up with a better plan that her first one! Go to the SARC, say I was raped, but do not want to say who it was. Now the AF is in a bind. They can't go after her because she is a "victim", we can go after anyone else because she won't tell us who it is, and we can force her to. However, they can go after here for a number of other things and they will not, probably because she is a runner….
  6. From https://www.militarycorruption.com/ Looks like they are waiting for the 2 year anniversary in September...says someone from OSI leaked some info... I wonder if there is a statute of limitations on lying to investigators!
  7. The jacket or the person? I have come close to blows when some jackass blocks the isle for 20 min while they place their bag in the bin, then take off their jacket, then retrieve something from their bag..... all the while there are multiple announcements saying ' Hey retards, don't bock the isle, move you fat ass out of the way let people pass then stow your crap" I have quit being nice about this. You should have to pass a competency test to be allowed to bring carry one luggage onto a plane.
  8. Love the "Classic" tag. I had never seen the "should I report it" thread. I am still trying to clean the coffee out of my keyboard that shot out of my nose when I read the part when he told M2 to leave if he did like his screen name!! I can only imagine what would have happened to him if he had said that to some of the members that have a short fuse!
  9. I know! Why don't you guys sign up at the same time and you can have an SOS race. You can post your progress here and we can even set up a cheering section!
  10. If I see that picture on Wikipedia, I will probably crap myself!! I will send a bottle of Soju to anyone that does it! If you do not know what Soju is I recommend you keep it that way.
  11. looks like we posted at the same time. The one at the lab at Kirtland was MX related.
  12. Strange they did not mention the type of mechanical failure. Did the linkage break, or malfunction. I can't remember what caused the rudder hard-over. I know there was an aileron related accident years ago that was maintenance related.
  13. That is odd that the FACTS are diffent, a fact has to be just that, a fact... not sure how they can differ. Are you sure you are not talking about findings? Findings between the AIB and SIB differ all the time.

  15. Wait, I thought flying through a gap in a mountain range was called gapping!
  16. Close! Two AD O-6's in a C-17 ######ed up a Guard KC-135.
  17. Thanks! Yea my boss is an Army O-6 and doesn't give a rats ass if I am DNIF since I am on the J Staff and don't fly anymore! I am going for my blood work on Monday and I talked to the Flt Doc at Osan and they told me the same thing. Since I am in a non-flying billet it doesn't matter, all they have to check it that my marrow came back before I go back on flt status. Thanks again.
  18. I just got a call from the DoD Bone Marrow Program guys saying I am a possible match for someone in need of a transplant. They say it will take a few months to determine if I am a %100 match. Has anyone ever gone through this process? I know.. The search function was not working. How do I move this the Aviation Medicine Forum?
  19. FAIL! Try to do better next time!
  20. Found on Al Gore's Internet! Pulse-Doppler radar is based on the fact that targets moving with a nonzero radial velocity will introduce a frequency shift between the transmitter master oscillator and the carrier component in the returned echoes. This is because the signal is subject to Doppler shift, so echoes from closing targets will show an apparent increase in frequency and echoes from opening targets will show an apparent decrease in frequency. Target velocity can be estimated by determining the average frequency shift of carrier cycles within a pulse packet. This is typically done by means of a 1D fast Fourier transform or using the autocorrelation technique. The transform is performed independently for each sample volume, using data received at the same range from all pulses within a packet or group of pulses. In older systems, a bank of analogue filters were used. Velocity measurements are of course limited to measuring the component of the target velocity that is parallel to the beam (radial), since tangential movement will not affect the received signals. A target is either closing or opening, or it will fall into the clutter notch (a velocity range reserved for non-displayed clutter). Velocity information from a single radar will therefore result in underestimates of target velocity. Complete velocity profiles can only be derived by combining measurements from several radars, situated at different locations. The radial velocity of the target can easily be calculated based on knowledge of the radar frequency, speed of light, pulse repetition frequency and average phase (frequency) shift.
  21. Yes he does, but indirectly! Before I left he was on the war path. Since he will not speak to me anymore (thank god) he was having the other E-9s go around complaining to supervisors about moral patches and other uniform crap. So OG E-9 comes up to me and asks me to have the pilots that work in my office remove their moral patches..... I said, "Hey, I am not their commander, I am their supervisor, if their commander says they can wear them, then there is nothing I can do.... do you want me to give you the phone number of all the SQ/CCs on the base?" This is what really started our little war. Then came the sleeve issue... AFI 36-Chow My Hog states that the flight suit sleeves will be rolled down to the wrist. Well, I fold mine under once and the sleeve still comes down to my wrist. "OH, NO that against the regs." We fought about this for days, retard interprets the reg to men the sleeve has to be completely rolled down.... no it doesn't say that... Well, anyway I stated rolling my sleeves down all the way so they completely covered my hands. Walked around for a while like I had no hands, went by his office, showed him how ridiculous it looks then went back to rolling my sleeves under once. That was the last time we ever spoke! Then I PCSd.
  22. You forgot: WG/CC's that have ran a C-17 into a KC-135 and then tried to act like nothing happened..... I can think of 2..... Oh wait they were flying toghter and one of them certed himself as an IP....
  23. This little gem found it's way back to me last time I was deployed: Seems E-9 Jackass told another NCO in my squadron that I was an "obstuctionist"... WTF? Yea, Chachi sends one of his lackeys... (E-9 at the OG) down to tell me to set up a flight to tack ### number of NCOs down to base X... I tell him I will be happy to do it once I receive a signed SSS from the WG/CC telling me to do it. 15 min go by... (surprised it took him that long)... Phone rings... "Sir, this is E-9 Pain in the ass"... “Yes, I know who you are" (caller ID)... "Sir, I work for the CC, if I am requesting something, it is coming from him."......"Oh, well I work for the CC also and I am not scheduling anything but a 3 ship airdrop, 2 NVG lines, and a UTA pick up until I get a SSS signed by our boss.".....silence..... "Yes, Sir." Got the SSS and we spent around $27,000 to fly these guys south for the winter.... that would by a lot of airline tickets that would not have cost us a 3 ship airdrop line and an NVG sortie... He and I are best buds!
  24. I am surprise Chief Jackass (62AW/CCMS) didn't see you walking around with it and try to rip it off. He always did hate me...
