  1. "For example, a 2017 report by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) indicated that out of approximately 1.3 million registered suppressors in the United States, only 44 were connected to criminal investigations, and even fewer were linked to violent crimes." It's pure insanity. $972,000,000 collected over the years. Good revenue stream for govt i guess not factoring in the overhead to run the program. I didn't know that the tax stamp has ALWAYS been $200 since NFA enactment in 37. Thats a hefty bit of coin in 1937.
  2. Grasping at straws. Getting more desperate.
  3. So you lack the ability to critically examine things people do? Remember years back when the okay hand gesture was a white nationalist symbol and it was all the rage to name/shame those doing it.
  4. ATF first.....
  5. https://oversight.house.gov/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/USCG-Staff-Update-for-Members-12.12.2454.pdf Interesting read. How anyone in the last 10 years thinks any type of cover up is going to stay hidden is beyond help.

  7. The 50+ mph winds they had to will have other shit flying around doing damage as well.
  8. Shits crazy
  9. Agreed. While the audit videos show a lot of stupid cops who either don't know the law they are supposed to be enforcing or just choose to ignore it when their status is challenged, you very RARELY see the hours upon hours of 'we didn't get the response we were looking for so we didn't throw it on youtube'.

  11. We investigated ourselves and found out nothing was done wrong. Despite having different names, birthdates, heights, and hair color....they got the right person.
  12. Yeah it will be a bit before I fully close USAA but it will be paltry checking account amount. Almost everything is through fidelity now. On a different note, Citibank has been completely shutdown as of 0600 this morning.
  13. We were at peak Iraq war last time it was enacted
  14. Zero chance it will just be 'office workers'
  15. I think if its just the open ranks inpsections the AF will be getting off easy. I have read much worse.
  16. Obviously. If the planes weren't flying, they wouldn't have got got

While I generally agree, after looking into it, it was a sealed warrant. They were not aware of why the govt was seeking the code.
  18. 80 mph winds blowing an inferno down the hillside into your house and all the water in the world ain't saving you.

This video explains it all. Essentially you're counting on a rapid fire response (within 10 minutes) to get water on the fire and save the gats. Keep the safe in a room with an internal door to keep the room heat down as much as possible.
