I THINK it’s dependent on whether it was booked thru base lodging or thru dts. I always have zero issues when booking thru dts or personally but run into problems when it’s contract thru the base. That’s for all hotels and chains.

It's due tot he discounted rate or contract with the base.

240. I'm not sure who the genius is that thinks they can just snatch a 240 out of the armory and get away with it but I commend their audaciousness.

I was leery as well but after a good friend did It I gave it a shot. First line agent said it was only bereavement fare eligible and would still be 700. She escalated to be sure and after about 15 minutes in hold a different agent came back on and said tickets were booked and it’s free. We had a couple others do it as well but also had a few who ran into the problems you did. Just depends on the people you talk to I guess.

They did this for Jolly 51. Took about 20 minutes on the phone is all. Great service.

8 years in England and travelling over Europe. Edinburgh was easily my favorite city and then when you get sick of it, you can branch out from there using it as your base. Awesome place.

You won't be reimbursed a dime for the pets. Any addtl fees associated with the pets travel is on you unfortunately. PET TLF is a thing but they book up very quickly and you won't get a Non-A because of the pets.
