  1. What a disgrace and embarrassment to our profession and country. Many of you fell for his dogoodisms. Be better.
  2. At this point (soon to be out of office) “No Fly Zone” Kinzinger only represents pilots who know something about everything and actually nothing. Kind of embarrassed by all the jock holding from past comments in this thread.
  3. Now Germany and France… https://www.forbes.com/sites/roberthart/2021/11/10/germany-france-restrict-modernas-covid-vaccine-for-under-30s-over-rare-heart-risk-despite-surging-cases/amp/ Just shut up and take the shot!
  4. Biden promises the Border Patrol agents “will pay” and “there will be consequences” for the alleged whipping that even the photographer said was “misconstrued.” Meanwhile a drone strike kills 10 civilians including 7 children and it’s a “tragic mistake.” Good times. Glad the adults are back in charge.
  5. No treason. Admin doesn’t consider China an enemy.
  6. 🚩🚩🚩 “A former senior FDA leader told Endpoints that they’re departing because they’re frustrated that CDC and their ACIP committee are involved in decisions that they think should be up to the FDA. The former FDAer also said he’s heard they’re upset with CBER director Peter Marks for not insisting that those decisions should be kept inside FDA. What finally did it for them was the White House getting ahead of FDA on booster shots.” https://www.biopharmadive.com/news/marion-gruber-phil-krause-leaving-fda/605859/ https://endpts.com/breaking-in-a-major-blow-to-vaccine-efforts-senior-fda-leaders-stepping-down-report/
  7. Most likely response…deploy troops to DC.

  9. Shocker. Though I do appreciate the downvotes I got from a couple bootlickers.
  10. You all are talking DFC and medals and I’m thinking court-martial with this Admin.
  11. Well that’s the response you are going to get when you gather ten junior grade mouthpieces to testify before Congress that “it’s not about the money.” You would need an “inception” to remove that mindset from Congress at this point.
  12. Mostly concerned about the manpower cost dedicated to that process.
  13. Maybe a bit too big picture (and probably mentioned already) but perhaps DoD should consider consolidating and centralizing common support functions throughout the enterprise (Finance, Public Affairs, Contracting, JAG/OSI/NCIS, Chaplain, Medical...maybe I'm off base with some of these but you get it). Make these similarly-themed support agencies leaner and harness the remaining manpower to assist operational agencies in each branch where there are shortfalls. JTFR, UCMJ, Medicine/Dentists, Journalists..honestly, how much of that stuff needs to be branch specific? And if it is...why? And God knows how many civilians/contractors come with those pieces for each service. Hell, why do our aspiring officer candidates need to go through 5 different applications, congressional interviews, and selection processes for each service academy? Everything about the government seems so damn bloated and superflous! I'm sure its been said before but stuff like this could help not only our Air Force, but our overall national defense and spending.
  14. Christ, people! Chang is a classically trained troller. His last post was a dead giveaway and he probably overplayed his hand. You all take him way too seriously. It's kind of funny actually.

  19. NBKC Bank can add another satisfied customer to their list thanks to the plethora of referrals on this message board. I just closed on a 30 year VA loan at 3.5% with Mr. Tim Lander. I could not have asked for a better loan officer. Tim will take as much time as you need over the phone (any day of the week) to answer all your questions and he is just as responsive via text or e-mail which helped make the entire process painless. I'm pretty sure lenders have been getting slammed with loan applications the last few weeks but Tim and NBKC Bank managed to get things in order well ahead of my 45 day closing date all while remaining flexible and accommodating to my needs as I accomplished this during a lengthy TDY. Tim clearly loves his job and working with veterans. His care for me as a customer was genuine which is why I wouldn't hesitate to request his assistance again if needed. I feel that NBKC Bank has very competitive rates/credits but their customer service is the icing on the cake. Please feel free to PM me with any specific questions. This is my second VA loan but it required a higher down payment due to my remaining VA loan guarantee limit (someone explained this on the message board earlier).
  20. Apparently she doesn't have a "krystal ball" because she certainly didn't see that prank coming....
