Yeah. It's the folks that are fleeing (en masse, by the way, the numbers of which even the most delusional of your peers can't deny), yeah, they're the problem. All of those folks in the 2004 and beyond year groups, the ones who don't talk about anything but where to get their ATP, how to best network with the guard/reserve airline pilots, how to best protect themselves from a 365/RPA/etc, when the next VSP/RIF will be, when to realistically apply for Palace Chase... yeah, those people don't exist, and if they did, they're the problem. A buddy of mine has a picture on his desk of him and his college buddies on a deep sea fishing trip. They're cheering as they hold up a marlin they just caught. Folks should stop referring to them as "leadership". Very little of what they do actually involves "leading". They're management, no more no less.

It's telling that 10 months after we were "promised" a "vector", we haven't seen one. Cue the "he's had his hands full! The budget! Sexual assault! Syria! Since neither of you are in the military any more, have you considered looking him up and meeting him in person? I'd at least consider it if I were in your shoes... with the full realization that I'd be looking at a long prison sentence after the meeting.

He should change "aircraft flown" to "aircraft flown on". Sleeping in the back in between making the crew their chicken nuggets and fetching them rip-its doesn't count as aircraft flown.
