Man, the governor here is certainly competing. Covid mandates make no sense what so ever. She was handed a 1.4B surplus when she was elected and blew through that in less than a year.

Yeah, reading stuff on the internet from both sides. I'm not educated enough in the workings of the law to really know. And most of the so called pundits seem to have a law degree from the university of google.

Talking about the stimulus bill earlier this year. I don't how the .gov figured out who should get it, but I got it. I was, and thankfully still am , working through this whole thing. I didn't need it and I don't think millions of people that were still working needed it. I have several relatives, and I bet there were many more, who didn't get it who were not working because of the lockdowns. P.S. I gave mine to my wife because she said that would be the right thing to do. Edit. When I said I don't how the .gov figured it I know what the qualifications are. Just don't know why they didn't look at employed/unemployed.

Yep, had a contractor coworker start to get "chiefed" by an E-9 about sunglasses on his head. The look on the E-9s face after he got about four words into the "chiefing" was priceless.

They've been doing it for many years, USMC, USN, and a lot of foreign operators. I agree with the comments above about the damage on the left side being done on the landing. With the right external tank gone they had a serious imbalance going on, depending on how much fuel was in those tanks.

I did NCOA at Tyndall. Hated it. A bunch of of guys that were out of touch telling me how the real Air Force works. I told them this was Red Flag for shoe clerks(a quote I stole from a crusty Ltc about SOS back in the 80s). I wasn't voted class president.

I was a maintainer for a year at Osan, 77-78, weapons loader. Work hard, play harder. If you fucked up by the time the OIC saw you they saw a bloody and bruised mess. The NCOs had taken care of bidness. No paperwork, just bandages and extra shit duties. That type of thing straightened out many an airman. The MX commander probably never heard of 90% of the shit that happened. Okay the bloody, bruised and bandage part was obviously exaggerated but you get the picture.

Our crews are on their best game in the sim so it's tough to surprise them with a stall, we don't do it. We do gradually fail flight instruments though, like ADI precession, that makes for some good recoveries.

I'm not a Trump lover or hater. When he started his campaign every "Career politician" hated him, GOP and Dems. That's when I sat up and took notice. There must have been a reason for that and I believe it's coming to light. He rolled into DC, kicked over their ant farm and started shaking the tree, and a lot of nuts are falling off that tree.

I was at HRT for thirty one years, I did do two years with the 1st SOS so technically 29. Twenty one on AD and ten as a contractor. I witnessed everything I liked about that place slowly fade away. I guess I'm one of the crazies that like Cannon better. I do live 35 miles from the base.
