Something like that. They never responded to my initial inquiry about rushing. Followed up today, but if I don't hear anything then I'm just gonna submit my app on Tuesday and ask to come to the April drill.

Invites have been sent out already

Might’ve missed it, but didn’t see anyone say anything about 107th fs in Selfridge. Anyone here get an invite? Anyone else going to be at their drill weekend tomorrow?

For those of you who were asking about unsponsored boards with AFRC, that will no longer be a thing going forward.

80 is low. Multiple AD boards have been cancelled/postponed. As of right now, AD is only planning one rated board for FY21. It’s possible they could add more. I guess it depends how well the first one goes. It’s safe to assume this is due, at least in part, to covid.

Depends on what you mean by “next year.” For fiscal year 2021 I can tell you that AD’s goal is 80 pilots.

I didn’t get a TBNT email from Tucson but didn’t get anything with an invite yet either. Has anyone received an invite?

Phone interview with 159th tomorrow. They asked me today if I could do it. For anyone who got the "congrats" email from them but hasn't heard about the phone interview, they probably just haven't gotten to you yet.

I also haven’t heard from them since then.

For those of you who are having a hard time getting the interview, I strongly advise you consider BogiDope consulting. The guys on there are a wealth of information. I thought I had solid cover letter/resume before, but after working with them, its a night and day difference, and I would honestly cringe at the thought of having to submit my old documents. No one ever said this would be cheap. The BogiDope stuff is pricey (at least to me), but my documents are really strong now. Just sent everything into AZ ANG, so I guess I will find out if the price tag was worth it lol. I will also say that nice polished documents can only make up for low qualifications to a point. So make sure you keep flying, retake afoqt/tbas if you need to. On another note, for those of you still in the running for the 457th, what are those guys doing over there lol.

I could see everyones email address who got the invite. its like 58 other dudes. Sorry man if you didn't get it the other day, I wouldn't hold my breath. However, Hawaii ANG's recruiter told me today that they are "slowly sending out a yes or no" to everyone and that everyone should expect to hear "soon" one way or the other. No clue what counts as soon, but I'm thinking everyone should have an answer from them within the next few days. Anyone heard anything from Dallas? They told me a month ago that they were still waiting on the final step before the next interview, and that they think they will be getting back to us in "weeks not months." Sure has been slow going.
