I have near 400 hours but for some reason my pcsm score is coming out as me having zero hours. I called the proctor and she said she would investigate. My score without is 64 and my speculative with 201+ is 97. Has this happened to anyone before? Why do you think my hours are at zero?

Is there anyone who is in or knows someone who is in the 758th out of Pittsburgh? I'm trying to get some contact info regarding future hiring boards but so far have not been able to get anything that works. Thank you.

Prior Army?

How often is often enough to visit a unit before the board? I’m trying to visit the 709th in Dover and their app deadline is in August I think. It’s been very hard trying to get a response from somebody. I know once is better than nothing. Just trying to gauge the norm.

In your opinion, is bogi dope worth the $$$? I'm thinking of having them review my packet.

Anyone have any info on the 158th? I know they just had a board last year. Any rumors on how often they hold UPT boards? I love the area and obviously the airframe is a plus too. What are some tips for cold calling a unit? I feel awkward calling out of the blue especially if they aren’t hiring at the moment. What’s the protocol for over the phone? I know this is something that one must do but I don’t want to call and sound like a doofus. My dream unit is the 93rd viper unit out of Homstead but they just had a board last December. I’d like to travel down there a few times so whenever the next board pops up I can have a leg up.

Anybody know when the last time the 93rd down in Homestead had a UPT board?

So I’m not going to able to convince the wife to let me spend $250 on consulting for an application packet. I was talking to a guy earlier but he ghosted on me. Does anyone mind letting me look at their resume and cover letter for an example? Help a brother out.

Any interservice transfer people have any experience shaking their ADSO or know anyone who has? I'm active Army and I'm trying to get them to waive my ADSO. I know it's a cold shot in hell that's why im asking for someone with a silver tongue or someone who knows the system.

What was the reason you gave HRC and your CoC for trying to get out of your ADSO? How did you try and sell it? I'm looking to get into the Reserves for family stability.

Are you sure you are limited the helos only?

Do I have to find a Reserve recruiter or is it just an officer recruiter?

FlyArmy, how much of a hard time did you have getting the Army to let you go with your ADSO?

I am a 32 (almost 33) year old 1LT in the Army looking to do a interservice transfer to the USAF and go to UPT. I am currently a UH-60M pilot. I have 10 years of active service. I also have 5 years left on my active duty service obligation. I've read through AFI 36-2004, AFI 36-2005, and AFI 36-2205 and I don't see anything that would definitely stop me. It will not be easy but I think it is possible. The few Air Force people I've talked to said that age waivers and exemption to policies will not happen but I brought up the regulation and I don't think they have read them. My situation is kind of unique so im not sure what I can do. I don't want to bring it up to my command before i'm sure it can be done because if it fails i don't want to be known as that guy who tried and failed to jump ship. My questions are: Has anyone seen or heard of anyone in UPT being older than 30? Did they get a waiver or ETP? Will my ADSO be an issue? Could it be transferred into the USAF? Are there any regulations out there that I have missed that could help me? 4.Would it be possible to transfer to a similar airframe in the Air Force directly? I've heard of a couple people doing something similar but they didn't talk about if they had age issues to deal with. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
