  1. Until the government appeals this ruling, which they will, military retiree can’t be court martialed for crimes they committed after retiring. https://www.caaflog.org/home/dc-district-court-holds-that-court-martial-jurisdiction-over-retirees-is-unconstitutional
  2. A play in three acts.
  3. You mean the Trumper’s here who were irate over sport players kneeling for the national anthem, but are now downplaying storming the U.S. Capitol, that costed a USAF veteran her life? Or currently trying to play the whataboutism game? Cult.
  4. I mean, I don’t know why the Democratic Party would care about Kushner, but go off.
  5. Next up: Hilary’s emails and Hunter’s laptop.
  6. What a bunch of trash ass people. Hopefully they get federal charges. https://twitter.com/jim_newell/status/1346899789347233796?s=21
  7. I thought Republicans didn’t riot? Must be Antifa thugs...
  8. I guess Blue Lives don’t matter today. https://www.buzzfeednews.com/amphtml/mollyhensleyclancy/trump-dc-maga-election-protests-capitol?utm_source=dynamic&utm_campaign=bftwbuzzfeed&ref=bftwbuzzfeed&__twitter_impression=true
  9. Which GOP faction?
  10. Judging by how the GA Senate Runoff is currently going, looks like it’s going to be a rough four years for the GOP.
  11. I was a Boom, so no it’s not dangerous to fly 3’ from an aircraft to me. Regardless, you, nor I, are the ones paid to interpret law.
  12. https://www.cbs8.com/mobile/article/news/health/coronavirus/covid-19-enforcement-of-san-diego-restaurants/509-463c2fa2-9bd3-456c-98dd-58ba97c771b7
  13. Sure https://www.americanbar.org/news/abanews/publications/youraba/2020/youraba-april-2020/law-guides-legal-approach-to-pandemic/ “Under the U.S. Constitution’s 10th Amendment and U.S. Supreme Court decisions over nearly 200 years, state governments have the primary authority to control the spread of dangerous diseases within their jurisdictions. The 10th Amendment, which gives states all powers not specifically given to the federal government, allows them the authority to take public health emergency actions, such as setting quarantines and business restrictions.” Most state constitutions, which were ratified by the state congresses, and signed into law give governors expanded authority during emergencies. I’d like to know the amount of people here who have a political science or law degree and what their opinion is against mandated lockdowns.
  14. What illegal? I assume you know all state and case law?
  15. There needs to be one unified cybersecurity framework that federal entities use (which they’re required to currently), not the multiple ones that are fielded now which don’t fully integrate with each other. Generals with wings will “get cyber” once adversaries have found a way to shut down largely computerized modern aircraft and possibly endangering crew members.
  16. I’m from Wyoming. I was there for the holidays. Plenty of people didn’t wear masks, though there’s a mask mandate, however it’s not enforced. Why? Because people there are more hilfuck than Texans and don’t care about COVID. The people who I’ve seen that are the most adamantly against masks are usually the ones who have a higher chance at dying of COVID (i.e. fat, old, etc.).
  17. From what I’ve seen, some Gen-Xers, Millennials, Zoomers, take your pick. Pretty much all of them who didn’t go to college when tuition was $200 a year and could be paid for by working part-time like Boomers.
  18. You know which one. The vast majority of Boomers have only cared about themselves since, well, forever.
  19. The real reason why politicians/Trump want the economy fully opened.
  20. I saw a dude go from legacy Herk initial qual to then immediately go through KC-135 initial qual because RegAF upgraded to C-130Js. Don’t hold your breath.
  21. Exactly. Those cost more money due to the increase management and oversight an organization has to spend to implement it. So you know the government won’t have one with maybe an exception or two for three letter agencies.
  22. Gillibrand has singlehandedly ruined the military justice system. You consider her "center?"
