Why should I, a civilian, pay for the premiums of military dependents under Tricare Prime? They didn't sign up for military service. They're not critical for national defense and security.

So the DNI, who reports to Trump, was nominated by Trump for the job, and been in the job since this past May, says that an email that was “verified” authentic from an anonymous source who sent it to Fox News, a media organization that is Pro-Trump, says it’s not a smear campaign? Shocking 😂 https://apnews.com/article/024b553e9a4ffb2716286dd134876f8a “Yet Giuliani says foreign sources didn’t provide the Hunter Biden emails. He says a laptop containing the emails and intimate photos was simply abandoned in a Delaware repair shop and the shop owner reached out to Giuliani’s lawyer.” Seems “authentic.” So, the repair shop owner random reached out to the lawyer of the lawyer who’s job is to find dirt on Joe Biden, the father of the owner of the purported laptop, who’s running against Trump for President? And he did this possibly without trying to, I dunno, contact the owner of said laptop? Oh and the media outlets that are making a big deal of the emails? Fox News and The New York Post which are Pro-Trump.

By skirting the Constitution, you mean “racing the rule book?” Show me a politician that doesn’t do that. It’s foolish to think that a party would “never be out of power.” Hell, Lindsay Graham just stepped over his dick recently by backtracking on this 2016 statement about nominating someone to a SCOTUS vacancy right before an presidential election. But he’s also a retired Guard O-6 JAG, which probably explains his two-face leadership skills.

Is it a treaty? Was he obligated to do so by the Constitution? Here, let’s have a look. ”The Constitution provides that the president "shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two-thirds of the Senators present concur" (Article II, section 2).” Ah, guess that applies to treaties, not accords or agreements. Obama taught Constitutional Law at one of the best law schools in the U.S. (U of Chicago). I bet he knew the difference, just like the reason why the Iran nuke deal was an agreement. Which the irony is since it was an agreement, it allowed Trump to revoke with without the consent of the Senate.

Brandman University? Masters talk
As a former Enlisted guy who got out, went to state school for undergrad, a prestigious private school for my masters, and just applied to a state school for a doctorates program, and have been through a few job interviews post-military, I would say where you go to school does matter somewhat. Your mileage my vary based on the industry you’re trying to go in. If it’s Civil Service or defense contractor (what I’m currently), I’d say it doesn’t matter. The government treats a JD from Yale and a JD from Texas Tech as the same, just check the box. My sister’s a recruiter and has told me that recruiters usually give applicants a pass if they have a “degree mill” school on their resume as long as they have a legitimate school for their other degree e.g USAFA for undergrad, Touro for grad school. At the last two jobs I’ve worked, where I went to college was brought up in the interview due to either the interviewer being alumni at the same college, or they were impressed by me going to a prestigious school in a competitive program. Like nunya said, plenty of legitimate state and private schools offer good graduate programs that are fully online or a hybrid (have to go in-residence for a few days on campus). You’ll have some people here post that they got a great job with their box checking degrees at degree mills and that’s great. But that’s obviously not the norm and just like what we’ve seen with the recent airline industry, especially as of yesterday, life can throw you a curveball and you’re polishing up your resume for something else.

Air Refueling
Hopefully it still had the original jump seat in it too, the one that was actually stressed for ditching or crash landing.

Glad everyone lived, kudos to the Herk crew. As someone that refueled aircraft in the air, it's insane to me to think C-130s refuel fighters.

Air Refueling
The USAF has one tanker that's 60+ years old, they're retiring their other tanker, and their new tanker is still technically IOT&E. They'll have customers.

Questions on the GI Bill (Tuition Aid)
I worked in a SOC (Security Operations Center, think of a NOSC with cyber) for a software company but recently was hired as a contractor on a MAF program. I will say cybersecurity, with education and experience in artificial intelligence, is a great sector to be in the new few decades. I'm currently applying for a doctorates program in aviation and space at Oklahoma State and I hope to use my cybersecurity knowledge with advanced persistent threats (APTs) with modern aircraft computing systems.
