Since you're quibbing about it, let's clarify: 1. Alien - Terminology in Title 8 of U.S. Code to describe a person who is not a citizen or national of the United States. "Alien" is the term in statute; see noncitizen, foreign national. 2. Immigrant - Any person lawfully in the United States who is not a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or person admitted under a nonimmigrant category as defined by the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) section 101(a)(15). 3. Nonimmigrant - Any person in the United States not a U.S. citizen or U.S. national who is admitted on a temporary basis to the United States for a specific purpose under a nonimmigrant category as defined by the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) section 101(a)(15). 4. Migrant - A person who leaves his/her country of origin to seek temporary or permanent residence in another country. https://www.dhs.gov/ohss/about-data/glossary Just because some college kid wrote a peer-reviewed research article on a topic you somehow interpret that as me agreeing and/or supporting everything he wrote about?

I’m sorry, I must’ve missed your peer reviewed academic argument supporting documentation? https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/undocumented_immigrant Does Cornell Law’s definition suffice for you?

“My city” I guess you missed the part where I don’t live in Denver?

Homie, I live outside of Denver, that mess is shipped up here daily. It does have to be stopped, but that also doesn’t allow a state governor to flat out ignore the Constitution.

Apparently, Abbott skipped Supremacy Clause day in law school.

Are you assuming that a “highly experienced professional” means a favorable outcome for the accused? A quick Google search shows she practiced at a firm before becoming a JAG. Hiring a civilian attorney to represent you at a court martial only guarantees one thing, you spending thousands of dollars. In no way shape or form does that mean you’re obtaining a favorable outcome. An Article 120 charge is around $20K+ alone in a retainer. She’s likely co-counsel. -
One of us is routinely an example of Dunning-Kruger Effect and one of us isn’t a pilot.

Some. The DOJ’s prosecution is legitimate. I truly don’t think you understand a federal prosecution, which makes sense since you’re not a criminal defense attorney or have had limited exposure to a criminal prosecution. I think the NY prosecution is political.

Was a grand jury that heard evidence and indicted political?

I’ve been pleased with Navy Fed’s checking.

Dude will be lucky to be an undrafted free agent with that injury history, age, etc.

After 22 years, just canceled my insurance with USAA. State Farm, with a $0 deductible and glass coverage, renters, and umbrella was $800 less every six months than what USAA wanted just for auto and a $250 deductible.

They also sell lotto tickets on descent and charge to use the lav.

They’ve already asked surrounding cities/counties for help and most of them told Denver’s mayor to fuck off. This idiot has only been mayor for six months and he’s blowing through the budget due to being a bleeding heart progressive who thinks he has unlimited funds. That cost doesn’t include the non-migrant homeless he’s buying/renting hotel rooms for just to say he put 1,000 people into shelter his first six months on the job.

North of that. DougCo has an influx of conservatives moving from other blue parts of the state.

North of it.

Yeah man, I’m from the Front Range, so I’m pretty familiar. I’ll be dead before Douglas County, where I live, becomes a progressive dump like Denver.

Fairchild is one of the only bases that was designed without a golf course on base.
