  1. That snark from a Air Force GS that voluntarily lives in Clovis? Yeah, I I can’t imagine where that snark came from either.
  2. 2 AF? God help you!
  3. Valid. However, why doesn't the other SOCOM groups have these problems as bad as them?
  4. SEAL charged with killing an insurgent that was being treated medically, steroid use, obstruction of justice. https://taskandpurpose.com/navy-seal-war-crimes-charge-sheet/ Two SEALs and two MARSOC Marines charged with killing a Green Beret, obstruction of justice, hazing, and burglary. https://taskandpurpose.com/charge-sheets-seals-raiders-green-beret/
  5. It's called the Air Force, not the Finance Force. If your Gp/CC wanted that, he should've retired and got his worthless GS job at DFAS.
  6. That’s because a majority of the fools in charge, especially in the MAF, were the ones who were skirting deployments in the mid-to-late 2000’s. They’re just going to preach what helped them achieve their promotions.
  7. Wait, you let them drive? Bold move Cotton...
  8. That depends on who accomplished the CDI and if there was any bias.
  9. Get a doctor to write a Nexus letter claiming any issues that you’re claiming were due to your Active Duty. If you have any medical issues that were documented in your military medical records during your time, that shouldn’t need a Nexus letter. Also, talk to a good VSO to help you.
  10. Never trust anyone, let alone a GO, with a flat top.
  11. He'll be laughing in a year with O-6 retirement and flying for the majors.
  12. So if it happens again in AETC, Kwast loses his job right? Fair is fair.
  13. Since it happened on Halloween, does that make it a purge?
  14. Enjoy the next year at XL if you’re an IP 😂
  15. Here’s a vacant house on base. https://www.cdispatch.com/news/article.asp?aid=69233
  16. I’ve had luck with the VFW, but YMMV depending on where you live. Make sure to file your Notice of Disagreement within a year of denial to preserve the date of denial. The package they mail you will explain why they denied you. Once you file your NOD, it could possibly take years to go through the appeal process, however there’s a new program called RAMP that has been speeding up their claims, usually in favor of the veteran.

  18. If the reason is known, why?
  19. Well, in that case then you’d know what you said about Constitutional Right via the 6th Amendment wasn’t completely true.
  20. The big disctintion is the fact you can have 2/3rds of 5 people (minimal for a panel) to send you to confinement for a long time. That’s how the military system prevents hung jurys.
  21. Well, the “accuser” in a court martial is normally your commander because they sign your charge sheet alledging you committed those charges after they reviewed the investigative report. Also, the Covening Authority can have an Art 32 hearing, where the complaining witness (victim) doesn’t have to testify, and have the Art 32 Officer (JAG for Art 120 cases) recommend dismissal...and still order it to go to a court martial. Works a little bit different in military justice.
  22. Check sarcasm meter. Which is probably why the defense was ready to impeach her testimony had it gone to trial.
  23. https://www.bnd.com/news/local/article219420865.html Apparently she blew him in lodging TDY. Sounds very “non-consensual” to me.

  25. Uh, 135 crews are Q-3’d for almost anything, so that’s to be expected.
