Some call is fate but you ended up here. 

Although I was in the Air National Guard when I decided that I was going to apply for a pilot position; I was in a unit that had never held a UPT board or grown their own pilot. I spent hours doing research, working on my packages, networking, and traveling. As an enlisted guard bum, I felt the pain. 

However, all of the hard work paid off. I received many interviews and multiple offers. In the end, I was able to choose my unit and I am proud of it.  

Along the way I met many people that would turn into friends and mentors. They helped me create what was my final package. Their kindness and generosity will not ever go unappreciated.

To thank these people I will pay it forward. 

I get it, you might be strapped for cash (especially if you are rushing and meeting units face to face). Or you might just not know the minor details. And let's be real, the consulting companies aren't cheap. I've done the research and I am here to help.
